This place USED to be awesome. Now a lot of the things are broken, very dirty, & unsafe! Also hardly anything to pick from with winning tickets. Very disappointing will not be back or recommending till it’s fixed.

It was great. And well worth all of the money spent. This place was wonderful for our son’s 5th birthday party. Our son got to experience another kid’s birthday party held here last year and loved it so much, he asked to come back and have his birthday here this time.Just like last time, the tables were already set up, the room was already prepared for all of the parents and the kids. Literally all we had to do was bring our son and his birthday cake (with utensils). If I could change anything at all, I’d want:-Help facilitating the pizza-cake-opening presents thing for parents/people who haven’t hosted a party before. Or a reference source offered at the time of the party.-Designated birthday seat for the birthday kid at the furthest end of the table.

Mega disappointmentI've been bringing my family and friends to this establishment for a while now, so it’s disappointing to see that little to no repairs or maintenance is ever done whenever we revisit. It’s very frustrating to see all the out-of-order signs and dirty mats my children are provided to play on. This visit was the most disappointing due to my son's favorite ride being out of order once again on our latest visit. I would assume with the price of entry; it should be sufficient enough for maintenance and replacements of mats and balls for the ball pit. As a frequent customer, I am pretty upset with the lack of care and upkeep of this indoor playground.

I came here for my daughter’s birthday. Worker was so disrespectful!! Room was supposed to be ready by 1:30 and wasn't ready till over half an out later! Bathrooms had NO sign so I couldn’t find them for 20 minutes. Play place was alright, the kids had fun at least.

Great indoor play arena for young kids (I'd say 8 and under.) Lots of things to climb and bounce on. There are a few video games for older kids, but it's geared towards the little ones.

I was so afraid to go after seeing the reviews, but we had a great time! Didn't pay for the room but we had my two year olds birthday party there yesterday! Bathrooms worked, they had drinks to sell and yes it was a little "dirty"(ware and tare) but I think that would happen anywhere kids play all day, everyday. All together we had a great time and my children had a blast!! Thanks mega play!

Id give a 5 star for 2019 serivce... For 2024 its a 2. The price has doubled and the time slots are restraining. I can understand the timeslots of cleaning between but it doesnt seem like thats been happening. No one has been SANITIZING between guest visits. Vacuuming isnt sanitizing. At least spray some aresol lysol on some areas if there isnt time to wipe down. Also, there are 3 very large issues that need to be fixed on the equipment and if the managment just inspected it they would see how children could fall through or get hurt. I wont elaborate because id like them to look through all the obstacles and see what im talking about. Id be willing to change ny review if items were properly fixed. My kids havei a good time there but im tired of them gettinf injured there and sick after being there

We use to love this place it was clean and well taken care of. Went back after a year and it’s dirty, run down. Kids still had fun but they were suppose to offer food popcorn or nachos the 2 kids they had running that shift had nothing on. The one bounce house was so low on air my 4 year old almost smacked the ground barely jumping. This place could be a gold mine with better equipment and more stuff. The games were too much money and a few didn’t even work. Definitely will go somewhere else next time it’s a shame.

My kids have been coming to this place for 3 years and absolutely love it. Besides the occasional times my kids have gotten sick, never had many issues. I have my kids birthday parties here. My concern currently is yesterday when we went at the FIRST time slot available; my 5 year old managed to get their leg IN BETWEEN a zip tie that is holding the net to the giant Playset. Another parent had to run up there and help me break the zip tie as my child was suspended in the air.Additionally, there was a large hole above the slide that my child thought was funny to try to stick their head through. Obviously I corrected my child. However, this is still a serious safety concern and should be checked CONSTANTLY and addressed asap. Not once a week!I called the manager the next day who told me once a week someone comes through to check the safety of the net and the playset. She Then proceeded to tell me that the large hole in the net above the slides must’ve occurred the same day because the employees check the nets every night. That is not possible, because we arrived at the very first timeslot that was available that day.I tried to explain to her that the zip tie was also loose because there’s no possible way my child could have slipped their entire leg through a zip tie in between the foam padding on the side; She continued to say it must’ve happened that day and that the employees are very busy.My child is not a small kid. The zip tie had to have been loose. A zip tie that is loose connected to the foam siding can cause a child to slip through the side off the playset, and the only thing holding a child from falling down is that cheap net that the employees supposedly check every night? I think not.Additionally, we have a birthday party planned there and I cannot get any refund for the party. I will lose 50% of the funds that I paid so I will continue to have my birthday party there for my child and we just have to ensure that a parent is in there with kids, because the employees do not effectively check the netting for safety. Most of the employees that work there are likely high school or early college kids who genuinely don’t care. It’s just a job to them. Nothing wrong with them personally I was at age once with a job that wasn’t a serious career for me so they genuinely do not care and probably do not check the netting every single night. They are NEVER been too busy the 20 times we’ve been here to check for safety hazards. My kids enjoy this place so much so we will likely still attend here and have the birthday party where I can’t get my money back but if you’re a parent you need to make sure you watch your child extreme amount on that place and be up there with them or have an older child who is capable of watching younger kids because your childs safety is at risk on that play set. And because you sign a waiver, the facility and the employees and manager genuinely don’t appear to care.

My son loves this place! Not bad pricing especially since you pay per child instead of including the adults.
