Let me start off by saying I was already mad when I walked into the store. My manchild broke his phone while fishing so I had to stop what I was doing (getting ready to cook dinner) and drive 30 min to this store. Then, I had to shell out about $200 but Erin, the amazing associate who helped us, was absolutely on point. She didn't let my crappy attitude break her spirit and had me all smiles by the end of our encounter. I expected to be in that store for atleast an hour but she had had us all wrapped up and out the door in less than 30! She even saved all the pictures of his "trophy fish" 🤦♀️
But seriously, go see Erin at Metro.
