I could spend hours in Michael's. The staff is always so friendly, and the sweet girl at checkout didn’t judge me at all when I removed a BOGO frame... then realized that I messed up and needed to add it again.
My daughter loves the kids paint kits, and I love the clearance section and deals on storage.

Michaels has regular good deals, and a seemingly always available 20% off (regular priced items) coupon available on the website or app. Not great at responding when trying to be hired, especially at this location, but that's just my own experience. Staff is usually friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about item locations.

Framing department was quite friendly and worked at being helpful
Seems in not going as often once did, some things I used to get have now been discontinued Definitely not what I once liked of the offerings; sorry Michael's 😐
