Pleasant employees. They sometimes are pricey; but they have a good selection of products. I asked them if they had a senior citzen discount and they did, so that help. I often visit them when they have sales, such as after holidays because they really price them to clear them out.

Always understaffed with people who don't have knowledge of multiple departments. Overpriced on most items unless they are on sale. Never anyone around to ask for help (and it's not like they'd know HOW to help anyways). Not enough quilting/sewing supplies.

I love the baking section at Michael's. The reason I rarely shop here is because the prices are not clearly marked and the store layout keeps changing.
