Oops! My bill was double charged because the store failed to upload the receipt I paid for in cash - for activation fees, startup, tax.. y7 guaranteed my bill would be only $8 higher. Should have been $77, actually was $114+. Took 3 hrs on the phone with a super customer service agent to get it straighten out.”
“Recently visited the US CELLULAR store on western extention in Jacksonville NC looking to change out our phones. Having been a customer since 2004 we wanted to keep thier services which is even better now that they've merged with T-Mobile.
Once in the store, we were immediately greeted by Anthony, the store manager.
He walked us through many different options and plans and we did upgrade to the s25fe phones.
The phones are great but it was Anthony's personality, knowledge and professionalism that absolutely made the sale complete for us.
I would recommend this US CELLULAR branch office to anyone looking to upgrade or change plans.
