“Update: reducing stars from 5 to 4. Primis sold our mortgage. Which is fine. But they sold it to a company that when I try to access my account, said they cant set it up for 60 to 90 days. So very frustrating to deal with, its not directly Taylors fault, but I feel they should vet out these companies better as my first experience with who they pawned me off on is a bad experience so far.While working with Taylor was good. Somehow a few SNAFU's happened which left us not understanding how credits were being applied during closing. While it all got sorted out, that was my only negative experience and it was not Tayors fault. She went above and beyond to do a great job.”
