Honestly very upset with how my evening turned out. Service in the lobby was very sweet but turns out I was sharing the room with bed bugs and other creepy crawlers. Definitely do not recommend this place and will not be returning under any circumstance.

In all honesty this was one of the worst places my family stayed at. The room was covered in flies. Our water was only hot water, the people that was upstairs was making noise at all hours. Playing loud music at night. Room smelled like mold it self. The floors was beyond sticky. The bed was okay but the pillows we had in our room had absolutely no fluff to them. I don’t think we will ever come back to this hotel when we go on vacation again! I do not recommend at all.

The room didn't seem disgusting at first , until I realized it was swarming in flies and we could not get rid of them because the air gap under the door was so severe and the moldings on the side of the doors were torn .But that wasn't the worst part, the worst part was when I woke up to a roach crawling in the bed and a water bug crawling on the ceiling.I understand this is a marshy area but I should have had seals on the doors. For what I was paying I expected not to share the room with a bunch of creepy crawlies.

This hotel was disgusting. The owner Noel Patel was racist and judgmental. He dismissed the problems with the air conditioner and requested for me to leave the property based on an opinion of my attire. The owner spoke to my partner and said discriminatory remarks about me being a female in his hotel. The attitude the owner shared was malicious to women and our community. Noel Patel has ruined my experience with Motel 6

I'm staying here because my house burt down. The only bad thing I can say. Every week that I pay for is a different price. And I haven't seen why the price keeps changing. It not like the pool is open or they service your room every day. But I can say the owner and there staff are great and top of the line. If it wasn't for the situation, I'm in I would most definitely stay here again.

Very convenient placement for food nearby. customer service great greeted me and let me check in slightly early my flight was there earlier than expected and had no issues accommodating me to my room I would recommend quiet peaceful I'd recommend if you want a not to expensive good experienceRooms: 5/5

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. Check in was smooth and easy. Room was disgusting. Was a non-smoking room that smelled of cigarettes and dog urine. The floor was sticky and nasty. Toilet was loose in the floor. The door looked like it had been kicked in multiple times. There are people living there full time out til all hours of the night being loud and smoking cigarettes and marijuana so it was blowing straight into my AC. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights but checked out at 6am after the first night of barely getting any sleep. I will never stay in a Motel 6 again and I will be contacting corporate about the experience also! Absolutely NASTY!!! I would have gave this place zero stars but wouldn't let me.

Rooms are nice and everything works. No bugs. Decent location, across the street from gas station. Nice room interior.However no hot water only warm. So forget about soaking in bath and internet is super slow. Other than that pretty nice place.Personnal experience is cleaning service girl woke me up every morning even though i told her not to come and even said at front desk no room service please twice.

motel 6 will always be my go to place whenever i come to jacksonville. the staff is super friendly and they make it a point to remember their customers. the room itself is also amazing, super comfy beds and clean rooms. the price is very reasonable too. amazing place to stay!Rooms: 5/5

The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean. It's generally quiet, the owner deals promptly and fairly with any and all issues. This is the best motel 6 I've ever stayed in.Rooms: 5/5

My family and I stayed here 8/11/22- 8/14/22 for a family vacation. The room was dirty when we checked in , I cleaned the bathroom and swept the floors and mopped them. The bed legs were rusted and the table chairs also.We brought our 11 year old maltipoo that weighs 12 lbs. This is a party hotel we're people are very loud My dog barked at every passerbyer. I asked them for an extra blanket because my husband likes it cold and I freeze the housekeeper said they didn't have any. We I asked the front desk about it they said their shipment hadn't come in yet so I went and bought a throw blanket just for me. When I complained about it they turned on me,telling me that that people had complained about my little dog (this is a pet friendly hotel) , they said he was barking incessantly and thumping the door,he is 12 pounds,he can't thump anything. Our room was near the pool and the housekeeping room ,the house keepers go through there very early in the morning and we're very loud so my dog would bark. Our dog is my husband 's emotional support animal for his PSTD. The owner goffed at it, my husband is a retired ,100% Service connected disabled Marine Corps Veteran who suffers from PTSD so our dog calms him. We found a package of condoms near where we parked our vehicle, one used. Needless to say we will never stay at that hotel ever AGAIN, The best thing about that hotel is BETH the front Dest lady. She was very pleasant!!!IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP WELL DO NOT STAY HERE! VERY LOUD PARTIERS!!!!! OH AND THE ROOM PHONE DOESN'T WORK! I CALLED THE FRONT DESK TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PARTIERS AND BRIAN THE NIGHT DESK CLERK WAS OBLIVIOUS TO IT. HE WAS RUDE AND LAZY!!! WARNING DON'T STAY HERE!!!Brian needs to be let go since he is the main complaint from other former guest!!! The owner is a tightwad and doesn't get anything new. We had Roches in our room probably from the gapping opening at the bottom of the door!

The staff here are very nice,friendly and helpful!!! I was able to change rooms to accommodate myself and my daughter!!! The view from my room was awesome and very peaceful!!! Thank you all for making our stay enjoyable,GOD bless you all!!!Rooms: 5/5

OK I've stayed here a couple times, I have never had an issue, but this time I stayed my opinion of the hotel being good has now come to an end. When I walked in, everything was clean, the bed was made nicely. It smelt super clean in here. No trash refrigerator was clean. Microwave was clean to be honest. I thought everything was gonna be good. Then I went to sleep. I had woken up to the most obnoxious neighbors I have ever heard in my entire life , as someone with children, I understand that children cry and are loud, but for five hours I listened to the room beside his child cry and cry and cry, as if no one was helping it it was annoying, and I almost knocked on their door and asked if everything was OK, but essentially the neighborhood of this hotel is not the best and a little bit sketchy at times. Anyways, also the neighbors beside me were yelling at the baby, telling it to be quiet, and they were also yelling to each other almost making me call the cops.Next on my review would be the wall now some people might ask what's wrong with the wall? As I'm laying in bed, I hear a noise as if there was something in the wall now someone like myself who lives in the country knows what mice sounds like now I'm not saying that this hotel is infested with mice, but I took a video and you could hear it clear as day that something was digging in the wall. I'm not happy with this place. But it's better then the days inn down the street!

Honestly I have no idea why the reviews of this place are so bad, we stayed here a week. Only thing that sucked was that the housekeeper only took out the trash once while we were here. Other than that when we arrived it was nice and clean and the rooms were by far above my expectations. The outside and the surrounding areas are a bit questionable but other than that I think it's a pretty decent spot compared to a lot of other motel 6.
