Started yoga classes this week. After just two classes, my knees and shoulders are more flexible. I am feeling energized. Our instructor is friendly, helpful and offers suggestions for those of us who can't do all the mat exercises and need to use a chair. See you next week.

Mary friendly staff always willing to help you come around and check to see if you need anything while you're there in a change the center. I loved it. I only went one time to bingo, but I'm going to keep going all the time

I love going to Onslow County Senior Center. It gives me something to do every day. The employees are awesome.
