“I have dealt with this business for several years and I have never been disappointed!!! I have made many purchases from Heath's, but last year I needed a little financial help and pawned a few items. It took me over a year to pick up my items. The tall slender gentleman must have known I was still not financially ready to get those items out, but I had not said a word. The gentleman read my slip and figured up how much I owed and told me he couldn't charge me that amount and gave me a blessing and a half and I was able to get my items back for half the fees. It brought me to tears!!!!! Still brings me to tears as I write this review!!”

“One of the best pawn shops in Jacksonville! They moved close by to antique to chic. I believe it’s a husband and wife team (it looks like it) either way, both folks are so kind! My husband bought a new gun today and I got a new ring. Super helpful, patient and all around nice people. Cute, clean shop, just enough stock without being overwhelmed. Will definitely be back.”
