“Love going there, staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Personally I feel like if you want to set up your aquarium right, it's a good place to go for information and supplies to get started”

“We picked up my maisy from the shelter a few days ago and we decided to take her for a walk in bath. Everyone here was so sweet and groomers did a great job. We got a cute note explaining how she did. Seems like they really care about the animals! She doesn’t smell like a frito anymore. Thank you petsmart salon :)”

“About a month ago, my family and I stopped at The Puppy Place on our way down for vacation. Immediately, we were welcomed by Regina, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also noticed that the puppies were healthy and well-cared. It was hard to leave without a puppy, because we were traveling, but definitely will visit again and will ask for Regina. Thank you for an awesome experience.”

“I just want to give a huge shoutout to the team at PetSmart! 💕 Emerald was so helpful with the crickets and gave me such great knowledge and advice on better pet care. 🦗🐾 And my cashier Melissa was absolutely wonderful! She showed me how to use the PetSmart app so much better and provided amazing customer service. 😊 I’m always in and out of this store because of how much joy this place brings me! You can really tell when employees care about helping people and their pets. Thank you, Emerald and Melissa, for making every visit even better! 🥰💕”

“Dear, Pet Warehouse Hi! I went there today and when my brother took me to see the birds there was a mean employee and she said “,No! Don’t feed the birds No THANK YOU”, and I’m like she shouldn’t be treating me and my brother like that… and the reason why I give 5 stars ⭐ bc you guys have CaTssss and I love cats and the other animals too! And I hope you read this review :)”
