Went in yesterday to get a beta 3/17/25. The place was filthy. It smelled so bad it made me sick. The fish died as soon as I got it home. I went a few weeks ago for bugs and the whole selection was dead and still for sale at full price. I found one box of crickets with a few left alive and was charged full price. Very disappointed. Disgusting store. I'll stick with the one on 53.

My pup Poppy was groomed here today for the first time and the groomer Alaina T did an amazing job! She made sure to give me full details on what was done and also made sure my puppy was comfortable with his groom. Highly recommend taking your fur babies here to get groomed. I was very happy with the results coming here after a bad experience with another groomer! My fur baby will definitely be back!

Moderately busy with a Banfield Vet and groomer located inside. They offer training classes and often host puppy adoptions for the local public. Staff is genuinely friendly. Lines can be a little long but they are well stocked.

I’ve always had an amazing time at this petsmart Someone who has stood out to me though is emerald!! Let alone their kindness and how helpful they are towards people they also seemed to be doing a great job the store was taken care of before hoping in line to make sure everyone was getting what they needed and at a quicker pace than usual

Ridiculous that it closed early "due to weather".... there were no poor weather conditions at all. 2nd store i drove to with the same sign in the door. I understand safety for employees, but there were no "poor conditions" that made it unsafe to be driving.

We brought our Corgi in today to get washed and groomed by Kyndale G., we have had our dog washed and groomed here in the past and have been relatively pleased with the service. Today was different. We arrived 15 minutes early, only to be told by Kyndale that it was lunch time and that he was leaving and we would have to wait (for a confirmed appointment we made yesterday). Another employee reluctantly agreed to check-in our dog, while the grooming team dealt with Kyndale's untimely and rude departure. Now that we have our dog back, it is evident that he was not washed thoroughly, his nails were not trimmed well, we received no feedback from the grooming appointment like we always have and good ole Kyndale was not even available to speak with when we picked up. We have been pretty loyal and regular customers of PetSmart, but the next time we make an appointment, if Kyndale is still working there, we will be going somewhere else. If you are considering taking your pet to PetSmart, do not choose Kyndale as your groomer. Kyndale is rude, unprofessional, has a bad attitude and his performance leaves MUCH to be desired. If this is how Kyndale treats his human clients, I cringe to think of how he treated our pet. Kyndale is a terrible groomer in my opinon, I will never take my pet to Kyndale, I will never again trust my pet to Kyndale. Do better PetSmart.

Can not say enough great things about the staff & store…not my usual pet smart But Definitely had exactly what i needed, drove almost 3 hours to pick up this little baby thanks to Renee!!! Great Customer service & actually cares about the animals well being! Store manager who also stepped in was Very helpful as well! Thank you again SOOO much for connecting me with my baby!

We recently got our puppy Dalmatian into dog training. We are working with dog trainer Alyson, and we are so pleased with her knowledge in dog training. How responsive she is in helping me correct a problem, is so patient with my dog. She even went out of her way to help us correctly fit him for the right type of harness, and it was a game changer. We can’t wait to come back weekly for our doggy training with Alyson. 10/10 recommend anyone to sign their dogs up with her for training! 🫶🏼
