Very bad service, on 11/2/23 I went into Rainbow store in Jacksonville NC walked around the whole store, there was 3 employees working and not one of them acknowledged that I was even in the store, no hello, no can I help you, as I was walking out no good bye. Cute stuff, good prices but I will never buy anything from them.

Terrible service. Manager sat talking to a customer while I was waiting to buy surprise gifts for my cousin. The customer had four separate order and I was supposed to wait. I will never go back bc laziness from mgmt means laziness from workers

I wish that I would have gotten the girls name I'll have to go back and ask because that part is important and I will update when I find out but this girl...I am a short petite woman and I find it hard to find dresses that I don't have to take off half the material. This one particular dress I really liked but there wasn't any in my size. They had a different color so I was standing there debating on getting a color I really didn't like. This hunter green was just calling my name. So this employee walks up and she's trying to convince me that the other color (a coral color would still look good on me) but I just couldn't settle and I was getting ready to leave disappointed that I wouldn't have something to wear for mother's day. This girl saw it all over my face and wouldn't let me leave until I looked around again she walked up to me with this dress in the photos and at first I wasn't sure about the wider straps but she told me to take it home and if I didn't like it I could return it. Omg when I tell you...this is the most beautiful I have felt in a long time. This dress is not only beautiful in color and detail but this dress is unbelievably comfortable. And I believe that girl (I will get your name) knew that. So run don't walk to rainbow! Thank you whoever you are that wouldn't let me leave without this beautiful dress.

Had a credit and they did not honor it. I was out $46.00. Dressing rooms closed still so you can't try anything on. I will never shop there again and will let anyone I know that it does not honor credits owed

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF, customer service means making your customers feel welcomed, and offering help, not harassing, staring, and being rude, will never set foot in this store EVER again. They make you feel as if you are about to steal their merchandise, I had never been inside before and always drove by and wanted to check it out since it seemed reasonably priced, but as soon as I walked in I was berated for not having a mask on, no big deal I will put one on, but you do not have to be rude about it and then proceed to basically follow you around the store, not to ask if you need help, but to make sure you are not taking a 5 dollar item....anyways...too mad to keep writing....don't shop here...

Amazing store and amazing prices but me and my husband felt extremely uncomfortable because we were the only ones in the store at the time and two of the workers were constantly watching and staring at us. We felt very out of place and unwelcomed. But when we checked out they were very nice, it was an odd experience but I probably will never go back to that store because of that.

I LOVE shopping here! It's one of my favorite stores in the world. Employees are extra friendly, warm and welcoming. I'm greeted while shopping and even hugged. The clothes are unique, colorful, beautiful & will give you unforgettable memories. You can't find these clothes anywhere else! They also have shoes, perfume, makeup & accessories. I have many good memories of 2013 & 2014 buying clothes for my trip to Texas. Those years had interesting clothes, especially pop art!
