Have been helpful in the past. But got there over 10 minutes before Google said they closed employee was still there but said she did not have a register because they had switched to winter hours closing 30 minutes earlier back in September no one has bothered to successfully update Google during the end of September October anytime during November or December part way through January obviously they don't really care so I drove 15 minutes there 15 minutes back home with someone to help me off load wasted an hour of our time could not let me offload six pieces even when shown that their hours were posted incorrectly online because quote "there's a camera there" the $3 fee they would have charged or whatever it is I guess is worth more than an hour of mine in my son's time ridiculous people should be given authority to make a decision that makes sense. Rather than give piss poor customer service I have now taken the time to submit the hours change so that they don't inadvertently waste anyone else's life time is life I probably should not say inadvertently because I'm sure there has been a slow enough time where someone out there reading a book could have done the same thing willfully wasting would probably be better wording.
