Always a pleasant visit and I love the friendly mom and pop feel I get from the staff. Scottie is fantastic at what he does. It's hard to find people who truly love what they do and it shows during every visit. I don't think I have ever been greeted without a smile and positive attitude. Scottie always goes out of his way to make sure I am treated with respect and professionalism. I can see where it would be a very high stressed environment to work considering the importance of individual health, care and that thing most people have no patience for, which is patience. But I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience at this establishment. 5 stars.These are different times and it's great to see a modern business adapting the old, wholesome ways of local businesses.

Always fast and friendly staff, Pam and Scott are always the best at answering questions and helping with explaining new prescriptions and addressing concerns and questions about my daughter's or my medication. Will never go anywhere else, they are the best!

Treated like a liar and a drug seeker when filling a basic prescription. When asked about why the prescription wasn’t filled (a day after waiting for the questions to be resolved), the female lead pharmacist bold-faced LIED and said she left a voicemail with the dentist to confirm the prescription (easy for me to confirm considering they keep records of calls and prescriptions at the dentist). When I told her that I would check with my dentist about the supposed voicemail, the stream of “oh wait”s “but”s “let me explain” “there was this girl” “someone else called or something.” Absolutely pathetic. Caught in a bold-faced lie was bad enough, but trying to throw one of her employees under the bus—even worse. Granted, my old-timer dentist probably could’ve done a better job with the prescription, still, that’s no excuse for how this pathetic excuse for a medical professional treated a patient suffering from pain—tooth will be urgently extracted in a few days. I’m seeing more and more of this troubling trend of profiling patients, not sure what’s causing it but it’s sad. I hope the pharmacy learns from this review, but my bet—going based on her confidence to bold-face lie—is that they won’t. Best of folks. Cheers.

The female pharmacist believes she can be rude to anybody because she is in charge, trying to talk about hours that are presented online and getting told not to say that because it hasn't been that way in a long time. something completely inappropriate to do from behind a computer screen when not even in the conversation

Usually good experience, until now. My doctor ordered a medication that needed compounding and Realo advertises they provide this service. What they don't tell you is that it is done at a different pharmacy, out of town. They told me it would arrive in 2 days, then 6 days and now we are at 1 week and being told 1 more day. Don't go there if you need the medication asap.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for some time the associates that work there are rude first off. Secondly don’t pay with your card I realized my physician prescribed me the same meds twice went back to get my money back how I paid which was with my debit card using my pin. She told me unfortunately they don’t return it back as fast as they take it out! What you mean? So you telling me I have to wait 5-7 days for something I just did not even 5 mins ago! Never again!! Very disappointed

If you have covid-19 symptoms, you can not go in. It’s okay though because there’s a number posted on the door you call and they do curbside delivery for you. I go here for all of my medication needs other than using the VA and they’re quick and courteous. Highly recommend them over places like Walmart and CVS who have lacked in their customer service.
