I got a washer & dryer delivered today (with other things) the techs came out & waited to tell me I had to go buy my own dryer vent I got over that and figured it out and installed myself, I went to do a load of laundry and since they installed it INCORRECTLY my downstairs flooded. They have no after hours contact, I am hoping to be remimbursed for the towels that'll be moldy now & a giant Costco pack 40$ worth of paper towels. I'm even more annoyed cause the guys who came out, the main one seemed like he didn't even want to be here and gave me attitude when I asked more questions about the dryer vent (I don't know things about dryer vents)

PICK A DIFFERENT STORE FAST !!!! I rented a Brand New washer and Dryer. The washer worked perfectly fine however the dryer took 4-5 times to dry my clothes it could be 20 items or 2 it’s taking 4-5 cycles. My energy bill increased over the 3 week span I had it so I found a better set I was hoping to switch, The sales rep was so mean and nasty to me. I literally only wanted a washer and dry that works considering I pay my bill consistently on time. They told me I’d have to wait over 2 weeks to have the dryer serviced and then and only then I could change it out. After expressing this was unacceptable the representative was very rude and unwilling to help me. I was being charged extra for things that wasn’t completely explained to me. Save yourself some time and pick a different rent a center Brynn Marr is very unprofessional and very bad customer service. Thankfully another manager from a different store was so nice and more than willing to help me. This store is bad business FR!

Great at first then numbers started looking odd, no help in fixing it at all.Seems to be getting worse with each call to get assistance to fix the issue.I just stopped trying

Before even agreeing to a purchase just simply asking a couple of questions, They sent me a rental agreement because I needed to sign the agreement so they didn't want to waste a trip to goldsboro to get the bed. Why would you go get the bed if I hadn’t even agreed to get it yet? Just all around terrible customer service.

I opted against renting and purchasing from this company for the lack of punctuality and consistency. I had been trying to reach out to the manager, Crystal, for 17 days as directed by the gentlemen at the other Jacksonville location. No response from here. I'd talked to multiple workers there on different attempts saying "she's not here.... she hasn't been here... she's out..." (with eye rolls, neck rolls, teeth sucking, cackling, and talking to other people mid-conversation) while physically standing outside that store on the phone seeing her walk around and hearing her speak to other customers. Today, I called AGAIN to trying to speak with Crystal and a man named Chris answered saying "she's not here BUT MY NAME IS CHRIS..." like he hadn't already introduced himself. He then proceeded to cut me off every other sentence and speak to me in a very unwelcoming almost belittling tone.Please, if you value customer service as an essential piece before making a larger purchase, do not use this location. Use the location off of Gum Branch and Henderson. Thank you!

This store specifically has some shady stuff going on. I used to work there and when I did I got a whole house worth of merchandise here we are months later it’s been about three or four months that I’ve been complaining about my chairs for my dining table sat being broke since I quit working there they feel like they don’t have to fix my stuff because I’m the one who put it together, but it doesn’t matter if I put it together or if Jesus put it together I’m a customer at the store it wasn’t paid off. They should’ve been the one fixing it. Instead they want me to go out and get my own hardware and fix it myself, which is crazy because when I worked there any time we had a service call, we went out and fixed it so instead the easier route for lazy people would be to charge it off instead of actually getting the credit percentage you need for the week or trying to build good rapport with customers instead they’re going out of spite and just charging stuff off for a customer that they don’t want to help or they don’t want to talk to stay away from this location scamming and scheming is present

Very untrained staff. Was rude and argumentative. Furniture that I did not rent and have no idea where it is they are trying to tell me I'm responsible.I never filled out any paperwork. Which they claim I had. My x is the one who rent something.Not me

If I could leave less than one star, I absolutely would. This place is horrific and absolutely rude. About a week ago, they would not leave until we made a payment as we barely missed it by mistake and they had us go to a nearby bank while they followed us to get their money!! And then like clockwork, back again, banging on the door now twice a day like they’re the police. Not to mention, they left the storm door open and my dog got out of the house! Could’ve been hit by a car. Relentless harassment. No sense of compassion or even basic customer service. I will never use RAC for anything again in my life. It’s the biggest scam I’ve ever encountered.

By far the worst business you could put money into. Absolute harassment by managerial staff and employees. The manager needs coaching on how to talk to customers as she is the FACE of that store. They’re absolute crooks and a contract means absolutely nothing. If you’re a day late on paying $60 they will come to your property unannounced and harass you. Very poor business etiquette and illegal. Don’t allow them onto your property

I paid hella money for a TV and couch, then started paying on a different couch and washer and dryer and Xbox. Yes I know they need to make their money but I'm in the middle of my moving that's happening and all the stress that comes with it and Paula over here can't let me keep my stuff till Friday when we move. She's rude and has no compassion for people who pay every payment. Cause her credit can't go up that high? remember that when your not making thousands of dollars a year off this family or any family we know.
