I was heading inside of the dealership to get my headlight fixed on my 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-1 then I saw 2 employees having sex with each other and they ignored me! Sanders Ford has lost a customer!

Back in May 2023, I bought my car in because my compartment for a 2016 mustang wouldn't open . They open it and shut it back down because they want me to think it's unfixable and damaged. In Reality it wasn't just something stuck and could easily repaired. I wouldn't recommend anybody bring in their car for small issues turn into something bigger . Be ware this company is private and only see its customers as means to make profit.

SandersI took my truck in to the service garage for repairs. When I got my truck back there were hoses not properly put back and leaking radiator fluid, my fuse box cover was off, they bubble gum welded my exhaust back on and now it leaks. When I met the service manager about it, a week later, he was nice at first until they cut my exhaust again and bubble gum welded it again. When I told the service manager that it was unacceptable he started being rude. Claiming they didn't cut my exhaust, and he doesn't know what to do about it and that there's no way of fixing my exhaust that they clearly ruined. No apologies, no coupons, no free oil change, nothing to make up for the fact they ruined my exhaust. Worst customer service, clearly lying about damages done even though I had pictures to prove everything. I am so stressed, depressed, angry, distraught, and now my exhaust leaks to remind me everyday of the ignorance of Sanders Ford. As a veteran in a military town, this business needs a complete overhaul or shut down!

Have a trailer brake installed already on my ford, it needs to be activated decided to have the dealership do it..... only issue it says 7:30 am open ( on maps) so I call twice.... No answer... let's make sure we have the same hours displayed across all digital media.... Because it's not and this can be a bit frustrating

We are so happy with how smooth our car buying process was! What really made our experience great was our salesman, Anthony Johnson. He was kind, professional and listened to every one of our needs. He is based out of the Swansboro location but Anthony drove out to the Jacksonville location since it was closer for us. It's very clear that he cares about his clients and truly wants to help you find a car that you like. We will only be buying cars from him in the future. We plan to recommend him to anyone looking for a new ride. Regardless of which location you are at, you should absolutely call and ask for Anthony, an awesome & genuine salesman!!

Took my car in for warranty service - turned out to not be a warranty repair, so I asked them to put the car in the parking lot & I would pick it up. After dark, drove out of the parking lot and onto LeJeune Blvd and realized that I had no headlights or ANY lights on the front. Had to stop on the ramp to the bypass with rear flashers only on and called them. Since the service dept. was closed she said they would not come and help me back to the dealership and to call AAA. NOT! Got the car back to the parking lot and went in next morning. I'm told I'm supposed to feel sorry for the poor mechanic who diagnosed my problem and then did not check the car, which could have gotten me killed. Never taking it back there for ANY reason, much less something I'd have to pay them for. There are other Ford dealers.

I had a 10 am appointment for an oil change today, I was told it would take about an hour to do. After sitting in the waiting area just shy of two hours, I decided to check on my vehicle. I found it sitting where I had parked it. I was apologized to several times, but I couldn't understand why nobody came to tell me about the issues they were having before two hours had past. I'm sorry to say I will not be going back to this Ford dealership anymore.

I had a great experience at Sanders Ford! They had what I was looking for at a great price and were very thorough throughout my purchasing process. Randy is amazing and a sweetheart! I will say the process took longer than expected, but he really took the time to walk me though things which I appreciated and I couldn't be happier with my new car!

Brought my vehicle for scheduled service. Made appointment online but was told upon arrival they didn’t have an appointment in their system for me. I showed them reminder e mail so they worked me in. They were very busy and offered shuttle service but I waited because that is always my plan for just an oil change. Had a complimentary donut and coffee. It took longer than usual but less then estimated time told by service rep so not a bad visit.
