Have been using staples for printing for my job, for years. I’ve been standing at the pick up counter for a while a few times or had some print quality issues here and there but never had an issue with friendliness, order size or orders including large orders. This morning a woman named Julie from the Print department calls me, informing me that the website was incorrect and she’ll have to send my order out and it won’t be done for over a week. (all these items were next day on the website and honestly I was fine if it took longer, it was multiple different items. Never been an issue before. ) I asked if I refunded the order and placed the orders separately if that would help. She said no, she would still call me and send my orders out. I asked why? That’s not the policy. Her story changed to “our machine just got here” and then rudely said “there’s other things going on besides your orders”.Honestly…I just wanted what I ordered on the website? I wasn’t asking to be their only customer or care in the world. Now this location has to refund me over $300 and I have to go to the Wilmington location, over an hour away to get the service I thought I should get here.

Really dissatisfied with the customer service. I walked in at about 8:15 pm yesterday Dec 14 to pick an order of flyers. I walked in and greeted the two employees in the back. There was tattooed man, I think his name was Jesse, that stared at me coldly for a second and then brusquely went back to work. I gave it a second shot by saying, “ Hey it’s the holidays, guys”. Both employees ignored me again. Very disrespectful experience but I can’t be too mad that they’re unhappy while they conduct their work. The minimum is to just do the job right? Will definitely avoid night shift at all cost and will only order from Staples if absolutely necessary.

Had to use my friend's account just to right this review bc I was so happy with my service. I was having trouble printing a very important document only 5 minutes til close. Despite the late time, Bradley helped me out and was extremely kind in his interactions with us. Couldn't say enough good things about that young man. Will always come back to this Staples as great customer service is hard to find these days. Thank you again, Bradley!!!

I was having great difficulty printing off documents necessary to fly with my service animal. I was 2nd in line and when I got to the front the lady at the desk hands me a card and says follow these instructions to print. After 5 attempts and no success I went back up and was told if I couldn't do it she couldn't help me. I then went to try printing from the computer. Again after 6 min I still had no success. I finally decided to just give up and go to the library. On way out the manager took my complaint went behind the desk and fixed it. I proceeded to explain how woman seemed preoccupied with getting print jobs done instead of helping customers with questions.I then get home and discover it cost over $20 to print 3 pages. Don't waste your time at this incredibly awful store. Go to the library. Never again!

Went into staples last night, I needed to get a banner done at the last min! When I tell you Hannah and Jesse took CARE of me RIGHT AWAY! Hannah helped me with the design , it came out perfect ! Thank you for you amazing work, patience, and creativity! ^.^

Lady with bangs working at the shipping counter 11am today was very rude and condescending. Did not feel welcome and her attitude really made me feel like I wanted to just leave. I always have good experience coming to this staples but not today.

I run a local business and have been using this Staples location for my printing needs for some time now. My orders can sometimes be complex and time consuming, yet Julie who runs the printing area is always so patient, thorough, and helpful. Recently, their GM, Jesse, was quick to accommodate anything I asked for regarding a printing job I needed, and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the services I received. The store is typically very busy and I consistently notice that their staff patiently assists every single customer. Keep it up! You guys are doing a great job!

I gotta be honest, I'm not a fan. Walked in to get a notebook made for a work project. I advised the associate the document may be too large to send via email. They say this is the only way they can help me. I asked if they possibly had a store USB, which I have experienced at several other Staples locations. No. Okay, so I send the email and pray it works. While waiting, an older gentleman is asking how to use the fax machine. Instead of the associate walking over to help, which is her job, she shouts at the guy from across the counter. Now, being an older gentleman he didn't quite understand her instructions, so I walked over to help him. Two minutes of my time and the gentleman was helped. With the customer service severely lacking, I wait 9 minutes before an email is shot back to me stating the Staples email is full and cannot receive any other emails. The associates give me a store email to send which pops back stating the document is too large to send to the store email. The ever so helpful associates tell me the only other way would be USB. I asked if they really thought it should be the customer's responsibility to pay for a USB drive to transfer a document given their email is full. Literally a shrug and an overall yes. I'll drive literally anywhere else, even pay more money if I have to, not to go back to this Staples. I have attached the email below showing their inbox was full and could not receive more messages.

I decided to make my own bbq sauce and wasn’t sure what to do about labels. Kayla was fantastic and not only designed an awesome logo from a really rough sketch, but made them colorful and professional looking. Amazing job and thank you!

I can't thank the staff enough for taking such great care of me & my mom on yesterday at the printing counter. I had a sign made for my engagement party and everyone was all hands on deck. Carol was super! She was helping multiple people in the store and with each person she had a smile on her face and was very professional and so friendly. Carol was very knowledgeable and was lending a hand to her coworkers. Carol is a supet star and the crew that worked her shift was just amazing along side of her. A big thank you to each of them who made my stressful task a great experience.

Printing is terrible. Lady didn't want to help. Staples doesn't have my templates or design for some odd reason. Now have to go get a new printing company and design. Costed me money. Thanks. I love losing money.

Workers are very nice, and very helpful. Always greeting customers when entering their store, and I feel welcomed everytime.
