I did a drive up pick up order and it’s very convenient with my over night shifts but the woman who brought me my order today was so rude I’d rather just go inside and use the self checkout. 10:48am 3/26/25

Was looking for a bra.Asked employee for help.
Employee #1: I don't have time to help I'll call someone.
Employee #2: I don't know what your item is and I don't have a computer to look it up.Ill call someone
Employee #3: we don't have that in stock. *Walks away*
I then found it myself several minutes later. Useless staff. Store is clean though so that's nice.

Long line, no registers open, besides self checkout, on a Saturday morning. The person who checked us out, didn’t speak, threw our items in a bag and rushed us along in a manner that left a lack of desire of her wanting to be there.

Closing drive up down because of rain but still allowing customers to order online for that option is unacceptable! Why allow customers to order for drive up just to waste paper printing and placing on spots! Do better ! Waste of ppl time and gas driving all the way here and asking them to come inside smh. Won’t be ordering anymore this is ridiculous.

Today, I encountered Halle and Jessiah who displayed an impressive amount of customer service! The reason I felt so inclined to share my experience because most times while shopping the sales associates and or mangers, at stores can be dismissive and lack motivation to act with professionalism by way of customer service.
I could not find a particular item today which I needed being from out of town, and through my frustration I came across the two ladies, with smiles and eager to assist, so I inquired as I went to cash out in line. I described the item, Halle looked it up, and “wallah” the item was found Halle assisted and went to collect it, brought more than one brand of the same product and Jessiah with inquiring about any other needs where she could help. I felt well taken care of and it made my day. Thank you Target.

The clowns are running the circus. So unorganized. The line to checkout is currently at the pharmacy and no one cares. Employees just walking around. Last time I go there. Embarrassing.
