I went in the store last night and I had a great experience. A young girl was training and her name was Brandy and she was the sweetest. She has great customer service, talked me into signing up for a credit card to help me save 30% (came for a quick purchase but stayed and talked to her awhile. Felt like she was a part of my family ), and the store was welcoming. I started to ask her if she wanted to work at my store but felt it would be inappropriate to recruit another business employee. I hope in the near future she is promoted. I will recommend this place of business to any and everyone. Great prices, store was clean, greeted promptly, and nice employees.

I shop here on the regular , but let me say Ms. Brandi was amazing TERRIFIC she was incredible customer service was top tier , I loved everything bout her , will definitely be looking for her next time I come in thank you so much you were amazing ms. Brandi

They should include a rating lower than 1 just for children's place store . Worse customer service ,horrible treatment ,rude staff ,abnoxious attitude and behavior .

Customer service where? I ordered My daughter's uniform pants Online because they have such a small variety in there. You also get a 15% off discount when you purchase online and have it shipped to the store. I normally go ahead and have it sent to my home but I figured why not. I got notification that my order Was ready to be picked up at the store while u was working. I know the mall hours here are Until 9 PM. I didn't realize that the stores had different Hours. I Got to the mall doors at literally 7:58 PM. I noticed stores seemed to be closing. I ran to children's place where it just happened to turn 8 PM and they had not even fully closed the gate. I asked the young lady to please let me in to just get my pick up order I didn't have to purchase anything it was already there. The one lady seemed to be nice enough and was going to let me in but the supervisor or manager who was there she asked if she could decided that the registers had already closed and she couldn't do anything about grabbing my order. I tried to Reason with her advising They could not have closed that quickly because it literally was just turning 8 PM. The lady refused to try to assist and advised that mall hours were different than the store hours and I could come back tomorrow. At 8:02, I left. I will never make the mistake of doing ship to store because 2 days worth of gas and the frustration is worth more than that 15% off. I will also be reporting this to corporate. They should know the type of customer service being given in this store. I have never had an issue with this store in the past and am an active children's place shopper, but this lady looked new and definitely doesn't do their customer service any justice.

The store is very well kept and stocked with an ensemble of various clothingvstyles for your children but te customer service can be aggressive and not in a positive way. My daughter loves the clothes here and I like the prices. I can understand an upsale here or their or a representative asking you if you want a membership but they are almost vulture like at how they pander it. I watched as this representative almost belittled a customer because she refused to get it....several times. The lady was shopping for clothes for a new born an experience that should have been fun. However you coukd tell at the end of the badgering to get a membership the lady and her friends let feeling upset and hurt. The same representative did the same thing to me she even went so far as to ask " why wouldnt you want it, dont you want to save some money"? It shouldnt matter why I want something or not once Ive told you 3 times that I dont you should probably leave it at that. This is one of the best places to get childrens clotges in jacksonville but it will be a very long time before I come back into this store.

I went to make a return. I had lost my drivers license,so I used my passport as id. The Caucasian, overweight cashier asked if that passport was from Mexico. I told her no why would you ask that or assume it was. I asked twice and she ignored me. I showed her a US passport. This is troubling because if the cashier is going to profile just based on my looks, assumtions and a passport imagine how she treats other customers. Please train your employees how to properly interact with customers regardless of race or ethnicity.

Honestly, I have always been disappointed with the variety and size options this location has in stock for boys. I find myself having to constantly order online because of this and return things often because the fit is off. They are rude and the fact that they are unable to order in store sucks for exchanging situations. I spend a lot of money with children's place and this location has disappointed me over and over. Today was the last straw. After calling and having my issues (that this location said they could not help me with) resolved. I will be taking my business to other retailers.

Customer service was horrible. They do not know their coupon policy at all when it comes to your rewards. Stay away from this location.
