All the staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful as a good place to go. I’d recommend everybody that needed anything that they have go to them their prices are very very compatible on everything maybe not everything but 95% of what you need they’re very compatible.

Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for the young kid that was doing propane on Jan.25 at approximately 11am I recently started using a propane heater and I’ve been refilling my tanks at T.S. And the regular dude is mad cool and the other gentlemen that helped me one day was also cool however the kid on propane at the above date and time, I don’t believe is qualified to be out there doing anything with propane we’ll tbh anything at all.

Got there at 5:15 for the vet clinic to get my dogs shots updated. Clinic was from 4:30-6:30 and the vet clinic line was closed at 3:30 (before it even opened) because they had 50 dogs already in line. No where did it say it was limited to 50 dogs and first come first serve. Needless to say I made the drive there for no reason and was highly disappointed. I was told they do it every Tuesday and to get there early next time. Or to check other stores schedule They really need to disclose this information somewhere. I probably would have walked around and spent some money in the store if this hadn't happened.

Met a manager who displayed poor salesmanship and refused to consider compensation for a damaged product off the shelf. Inleft and drive 40 minutes to the Swansboro location and was well taken care of!!!!

My car battery died and I asked one of the workers for some help with a jump start. My man Marc came out there no questions asked and helped us out big time. Truly appreciated:)

Price is little on the higher side, but they definitely have an amazing selection for any kind of farm material or equipment.

The store is clean and has what you need except proper dog washing items. This is the second time in the last month I came in and was met with a dog wash room that had no product to use. The other one I used to use had nice staff and the staff I was met with today were far from superb or helpful. When I let the front know, the female working the front claimed that someone would come help me and I sat there with my wet dog for half an hour before someone else lent me some shampoo they brought with them.
Definitely won’t be coming back and I want my $10 back.

I went in for dog food and it wasn’t on the shelf. DJ asked me what I was looking for and I told him he scanned the label and there was some in the back. DJ took his time and went and got it for me and he was super nice and friendly and chatted with me and was very helpful. When I went to check out Terry was super sweet and kind and joked with us and sent us off with a smile. I appreciate good customer service and so we will definitely be making the trip back to this tractor supply before we go to Richlands tractor supply because there the employees aren’t as kind as DJ and Terry! Thank you for making our visit pleasant ??
