Horrible service on the phone!!! Also customer service is horrible. Others get waited on while you came in first and waited and waited.

I have been a US CELLULAR customer for years. I procrastinate about going in the store aise of long wait times and not very good service. Angie Means was fantastick. She listened exceptionally well, gave me options that were less expensive or the same price with better services.

Don’t get taken by this company, absolute worst phone plan and bills are not accurate not to mention always a different price, how does your bill increase when you never use your data allotment, customer service is no better,she was obviously working from home and I had to be patient while she dealt with family and small child which wasn’t that terrible it’s just the whole experience of being connected to this company almost forgot to mention how bad the service is..I suggest Verizon even MetroPCS is better than this company and that’s saying a lot. NO STARS

Anthony was knowledgeable and very helpful. This location closes at 7pm and we arrived at 6:30pm with a couple already In front of us. Anthony stayed stayed well after 7 to answer all the questions we had.

The absolute WORST customer service. After 20+ years (I know, I should have left years and years ago). I finally changed providers, they're still emailing me a monthly statement showing the $7+ they owe me as a refund. I call to inquire about it and I'm told condescendingly that I'll get my $7. and my account is closed. The customer service rep. sounds like she's out on a boat sailing or driving with the top down.

I NEVER have service, only place i get service is at home with WIFI. Have went to get them to fix it and all they can come up with is “well it shows youve used this much data”. That shows nothing!! They make it seem like i come up with stuff to be put on hold forever or to come out to the store once a week to complain when i have better things to do. I will be be paying phones off and taking my business elsewhere..

Place a repair order on June 23rd was told I would receive my replacement phone within the 2 days. I did not receive my phone and was not told that it was on back order. Poor service

This is the worst cell phone company around. They do not take pride in their customers and they do not care of you are struggling to pay your bill. I will never recommend them to anyone I know. If I could rate them a 0 I would. Its the the representatives in the the stored. Its customer service when you call them.
