By far the worst post office, and it’s literally Lionel, the big black, angry Man with complex against women. This is the second time that I went into there to nail a package and she gets so upset and inflated about the package being fragile that he feels as though he needs to jail and raise his voice and tell me to relax, relax and chill out when I’m simply just trying to have a conversation about what is in my package. He did through my package down to the other team member who was kind enough to help me out without any issues, but Lionel decided to continue to antagonize me a verbally so we go back-and-forth because this is a 6 foot something man, arguing and yelling at me ask for supervisor Tia said nothing to Lionel about his behavior doesn’t ask him to be quiet doesn’t ask him to refrain from anything So clearly, this is something that Lionel does, and that Lionel is allowed to do in this post office. While I’m standing talking to Tia Lionel finds it imperative to come out of the door that I’m standing in front of steps on my foot and then, when I advocate for myself, there’s an So it was OK for Worker to be physical with me, but my words were too damaging because you touched me physically. Would give 0 stars if possible.I visited the main post office branch downtown to place a complaint about my mail carrier a few days ago. I asked to speak to the person in charge. I was asked my name and address by whoever assisted me. While waiting for them, I could plainly hear several employees talking about me and one of the issues I'm having with my carrier(Ron, "Ron-Ron"), of course with only his perspective. This was very unprofessional, but not nearly as bad as the customer service I received from "Tia". She already knew everything she wanted to know about me and my situation before I said anything and clearly showed that in my limited interaction with her. She never let me talk without interrupting or completely cutting me off, was VERY uncaring and rude, never showed any interest in listening, and just walked away when SHE was done. All in a matter of less than 5 minutes, with HER doing the majority of the talking. She actually stood there defending my carrier instead of listening to what I had to say. You would have thought that she was his own personal defense attorney. When I finally could get a word in, I asked if she wanted to hear what he had said(a threat) to me. She asked if I had it on video, instead of even asking what he said!!!Old Ron-Ron sure has a lot of people fooled, and his passive aggressive behavior assists him in doing that.It seems as if this town has a good ol' boy network in the postal service ALSO!I am appalled that this can even take place, but feel pretty certain that they know they can get away with it. Neither her, nor my mail carrier seemed to have any regard for anyone but "their own". They both carry themselves in a very cocky manner. They also seem to take the power they have to the very hilt instead of whats appropriate in a given situation. This leaves many of us consumers with nowhere to turn, since we all still need the postal service. We can't boycott the business or even have someone listen to our complaints.I doubt that this review will matter either. This attitude may run all the way up the chain, for all I know.PLEASE, if any of you out there are having issues with your carrier, an employee in a branch, or feel unheard by the USPS, PLEASE contact me: DHOKE66 at gmail . I'm gathering and putting together as much of the evidence, statements/complaints, issues to show what a big problem this is in our community, and will take it as far up as necessary to get some positive action and solutions.

Absolute trash the Post Office man would not give me my package I got a message on my phone saying that it was animal interference and I don't see how that's possible when he flipped me off and drove away so I'm trying to figure out where my packages and of course the Post Office is not helping me not any bit I'm starting to believe that they themselves are a few of the Post Office employees are the ones stealing packages and then the fact that nobody is trying to get a hold of me when it comes to regarding my package it's very disconcerning I have to resort to recording my packages being delivered and it is quite distrustful to have delivery people who flip your oath blatantly and disrespect you in front of your children nonetheless also another thing the Post Office will not address

I went into this particular post office Friday 9/29 at 9 am and I had a great experience. There were 3 people at the counter, a woman and two men and let me just say they were all 3 so lovely and kind. I’m sure it can be overwhelming seeing a line as soon as you open up but you couldn’t tell by these 3. I felt welcomed, the gentleman who helped me was informative. Really great post office.

THIS IS MORE THAN THREE TIMES I'VE HAD A DELIVERY LEFT OUTSIDE MY PORCH LUCKILY WASN'T RAINING THE DOOR TO MY SCREENED IN PORCH ON THYME COURT IS NOT HARD TO OPEN. HOW IS IT THAT HARD FOR THE POSTAL WORKER TO PUT IT INSIDE. OUR ORIGINAL POSTAL WORKER WAS BETTER AND TOKE MORE PRIDE IN HIS WORK THAN THE CURRENT ONE. DELIVER ON MY PORCH NOT OUTSIDE IT

I couldn't sign for my package because the mail carrier's sign-off pad wasn't working. They said that they would come the next day to try and drop it off again, but they never did. It's frustrating because I was at home to collect it. I've called multiple times for them to reschedule the delivery, and I have been repeatedly told that it arrive the next day. This has been going on for a week now. Worst shipping experience ever.

My mail carrier is horrible. I am on onslow pines rd and I miss my old carrier. He ran over my septic tank system and didn’t apologize. I called the site and was supposed to get a call back from a supervisor but didn’t. Now the carrier refuses to deliver packages to my home. Disabled veteran bad back. They have said nothing about having my system assessed to see if there is any damage.

By far the worst post office ever. They mess up my mail constantly and are to lazy to drop off my packages!! They just take them back to the post office where I have to go retrieve them!! Lazy A holes!!!

Not that bad of a post office. Every one I've worked with has been super nice. It's always the people in line that have the attitudes, never the workers themselves.
