The Huff Post Office is in a great spot with a clean modern building and convenient parking. It could easily be the most useful post office in the city if it actually offered basic services.
Unfortunately there’s no customer service counter no place to buy stamps or mailing supplies and not even a self-service kiosk for postage. It’s just a shell of a post office. For a location this central and accessible it’s incredibly frustrating that it lacks the most essential features.
This place has real potential but it badly needs investment in machines and staff to actually function like a real post office. Until then it’s more of a missed opportunity than a convenience.

The mail delivery sucks you don’t get half of your mail and they will deliver packages to the wrong address they can’t read! A first grader can read better than they do!

NO REATIL******* since they don’t have it updated on their website maybe I’ll save you a trip. You can’t mail anything out here! Even if you already have postage on it which is what I thought retail services was. ONLY PICK UP.

They don't answer their phones during office hours. I got it, people may be in the office awaiting service, but at least answer the phone and put the casket on hold until you can get to them.
Plus, someone changed the lock to my mailbox and I have been trying to get assistance from this office and the main one for a few days now with no luck.
How does a mailbox key in an established subdivision stop working all of a sudden and the entity that owns the cluster mailboxes has no answer? I've owned this home going on five years now and haven't had any issues until this week.
Unsat.

Jeff was able to contact the delivery person and have them bring my packages to the correct address! He was beyond helpful and just great overall. Made my life so much easier and definitely saved me some money. So thank you Jeff! He’s an amazing employee!

in the past 9 months have not gotten regular packages delivered with our a pink slip even after talking to the postmaster several time DODGE come shut them all down

Says they can’t do change of address even tho official usps website and from there email says they can’t, phone number didn’t work as it said they were closed even tho there was over half n hour left in the work day.

No purchase service available should be more apparent when choosing this location. Wasted drive. Only for package pick up and post office box and pre-stamped Mail Drop off.

If I could give this place -0 stars I would. This place loses mail that belongs to me every few weeks. When I call to inquire about it, I get the oh well, it’s not our problem attitude. Then maybe it will turn up on my porch a few days or weeks later from some neighbor. Don’t let me get started on packages! Packages have said delivered but not! I have security cameras that indicate no one came to my house on that day. I have to go scavenging the neighborhood to try and locate them because they delivered it to someone else’s address! They don’t care. Seems like all they want to do is collect a paycheck. They all should be fired and that place shut down. They’re all useless.
