“We had a bad situation and my vet couldn't see my pup till next day. I called around and infact nobody could see us until the next day. So I stopped by and asked if there was a chance for a vet to see us today and I was told that at that time things were moving and there was a chance so we took it and brought our pup for them to see. It did take 1.5 hrs for us to be seen but we were so grateful to be able to be seen by a vet on the same day. They took such great care of our pup and kept us in the loop the whole time with estimates of how much things would cost before they did anything - more places should do that! Pup ended up needing a surgery and everything was explained with the at most patience and understanding and no pressure of doing things there. We are did opt into the surgery and actually spoke with the surgeon afterwords which was amazing to be able to see pictures and hear how it went from them. I cannot put in word how blessed we feel to have been able to save our best friend and work with the doctors and staff of Academy Animal Hospital! Thank you for all you did for our family and all the love and hard work you put in day in and day out!”

“I am leaving this review several years after being a client of theirs because their care has truly stuck with me. I believe my cat had FIP, for which there was no approved treatment at the time. The clinic took their time to learn, educate themselves, and provide deep compassion and condolences when she ultimately lost her life. I would highly recommend them to every cat owner I know.
It seems many of the lower reviews stem from the clinic strictly enforcing their policies and being a smaller practice—neither of which I view as a negative.”

From moment one to out the door, the entire experience was superb. Everyone is cordial and professional, and forward leaning. Little Maisie is happy, I’m happy.
