Today, my elderly mom was given the wrong medication. She was given medication which she had already received another full prescription of yesterday! Said medication could have been very dangerous had she not looked into and read the information on the bottle! She was supposed to be picking up heart medication. That was not what they had filled! This could have gone very wrong! Because of this, and other incidences, I cannot recommend this pharmacy. I do not believe this is a safe pharmacy. Please be careful! Please read your labels and check your medications! My elderly mom has had repeated problems with the pharmacy at this location. I used to get the very rare medications that I had filled here, but due to bad experiences I had, I no longer use this Walgreens pharmacy.

This place is nothing short of a disaster. Nothing but problems. In December I put in a refill for my prescription and it mysteriously disappeared out of the system and by the time I realized it the prescription had expired. They leave things sitting on the shelf pending insurance, Which makes zero sense to me. Then I had an automatic refill on another prescription And ended up having to call to see what happened to it. Got it a month late because once again it was pending insurance. What’s the point of having automatic refills if you have to call up about them. The tech put me on hold and never came back. I was on hold over half hour and had to re-explain the problem to somebody else. Was on hold for over a half hour. Then they completely price gouged us on another prescription For my Dog. Every other pharmacy is showing this particular drug at 1/4 of the cost they charged us. Something shady going on with that. Must be a problem with Walgreens in general because my son also has issues in Wilmington. He is never able to consistently take his meds because they keep telling him “it’s pending insurance” what does that even mean? I’ve never had problems like this at any other pharmacy. Time to go somewhere else. It’s no wonder Walgreens Has been bought out.

Terrible communication,even with texting notifications, prescriptions still weren't ready after being advised they were. Transferred prescriptions over to Yopp Rd. Walmart where it was promptly taken care of. There's a reason Walgreens ratings are so poor.

Been up here 3 times today. Doctor sent one script for my mom. They didn't have 5 hours later I come to get. They say they are out of till 3 days later. Meds that literally keep my moms heart working. I ask if any other stores have the meds, the worker was like our system doesn't really show true inventory so you can call. I said funny because yal always call. Then the one they did have she said wouldn't be ready till 4. I wait till 5:10 to come back giving ample time. They still don't have it and the women got a nasty attitude and wasn't understanding when I got upset. Then a man sitting next to me told me his wife was going through same thing. In a matter of 15 mins Realo drug filled my meds. They were super nice there. I won't be using walgreens anymore. I stuck with yal for too long. Takes them 25 minutes to get someone on phone. I've called three other pharmacy places today. No more than a 5 min wait. Why is it okay not to take care of your customers.

I've had the worst experience dealing with pharmacy on multiple occasions. I've been waiting to get a prescription filled for five days and the issue is yet to be resolved.

The staff were amazing, but the process was an absolute mess. Every time my husband was discharged from the hospital and needed prescriptions filled, we would have to wait for days for them. Many prescriptions were never filled due to issues which didn't make sense. They said that I couldn't fill one of my prescriptions because the prescriber was unable to write prescriptions. I took the same prescription to Walmart, and it was filled within 20 minutes. There are always issues with insurance, medications, out of stock, and so many other things.

Prescriptions always take forever. It takes multiple phone calls to get it going. This last was the last draw and we are switching to cvs. I had an order for zofran placed. Said it was received and would be ready in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes it switched to saying it was running behind so I called. Asked about how long they were thinking. Girl was rude, stated she couldn’t tell me that they had over 400 prescriptions to Fill In just to wait for the text. Well 48 hours later still not filled and nausea gone already. What’s the point in having a prescription put in, if you can’t get it while you’re sick.

Your 50/50 on if they're out of stock on meds. Some times meds are 4 months out but you call cvs and they have it.

I’m not sure they are aware they are in HEALTHCARE and that their incompetence is of consequence to other people. They will sit on prescriptions for weeks, they don’t answer their phones, and the lines in the stores are endless. The cherry on top is the foul attitudes each and every employee dumps on poor hopeless customers. No one cares, they are complicit in corporate greed and apathy for humanity. Good luck not dying in their “care”

This store is by far the worst pharmacy around the lady in the drive through has the nasty attitude IV ever seen. They are Soo rude especially after I spend 35 minutes in the drive through waiting there all just terrible...

The worst drug store in town. I switch away from them years ago, but today I went through the drive thru to pick up something for the wife......I was rapped in the drive thru lane for over 30 minutes. Switching the wife over to my store this afternoon.

This store always Closes before there listed hours they have on window and online. Sat in line from 5:14 pm today Saturday until I was the next one to pull up to window at 5:32 and they pulled the shade down and closed . Says clearly on the window 6.
