I am never one to leave any kind of review, good or bad. However, my experience today at the Walmart on yopp rd in Jacksonville was extremely disappointing. I placed an online order for one single little item that I wanted to grab right after work and be on my way home. When I pulled into one of the designated spots I went to the app and checked in, as always. I waited for 20 to 25 mins watching 10 other cars get loaded with huge orders and leave while I still sat there waiting for my small single item. Finally I had enough and called the number on the sign and let them know what was happening, while still trying my hardest to remain patient. She explained to me she found my order and it did not have me checked on their end in even though my app showed me checked in. I do work customer service and completely understand glitches happen and technology doesn’t always do what it is suppose to. However, associates should do what they are suppose to. Several of the same associates came out and loaded up the other vehicles and did see me sitting there and not one acknowledged me or asked why I was waiting for so long. I even yelled “excuse me to a few of them and was completely ignored”. I have never experienced this kind of customer service in my life.I am a supervisor at a retail company and my advice is do what I would do and make sure to coach your associates better about customer service to make sure this doesn’t happen in the future. Not a lot of customer will be nearly as patient as I was.

Yall need to fire everyone and start over, with intelligent people that actually give a damn. Every pick up order has been missing multiple items, or opened! This is not only unsanitary but lazy and I lose money everytime! Not to mention the other recent terrible reviews. You just tried to substitute a tomato for a lime! Is your staff seriously that remedial? Do better!

I love going and getting the hot food meals here! And whenever Kim is working, I know i'm going to get a smile and good service! Will definitely coming back and hope Kim will be there every time!
