Geez, do they have someone to clean and maintain the woman's bathroom? Pretty unhealthy and scary in there. Gave two stars for the especially nice senior ladies, like myself, in the store.

My Family has had all of our prescriptions filled here for the last year. Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience when trying to get prescribe medications filled for me and my wife. We understand questioning prescriptions for pain medications. But when it takes 10 plus days and multiple communications between the Pharmacy and the Dr's to still not be taken care of. There's a issue. I have come to realize the Pharmacist is trying to be a Dr. Not his roll. He should be vigilant as a pharmacist. Absolutely should. But when you withhold prescriptions that Dr's have clarified multiple times. Your stepping outside of your actual position. Never had an experience with any other pharmacy like this. They did this with my wife's prescription 2 months ago and now mine as well. Preparing for surgery and sitting in pain because apparently people cannot read or understand the prescription after 3 attempts/re writes of the prescription to satisfy your needing more clarity. Here is the image of the script and comments. How does it not clarify the prescription.
I am pretty sure they will not allow the image. But, Dr prescribed 1 pill 4 times daily as needed.
Suppose common sense is not common any longer. Do yourself a favor and use the pharmacy that have some good tenure. I would not and will not ever have anything filled with these dictators ever again

So today was the last draw.. I usually use self check out cause I bag my purchase a certain way.. I've always had an issue with this older white woman our first interaction she "jokingly" said "it's a lot of things are sure I got enough to pay" then laughed my son grabbed my arm to calm to not engage the second time she called a white lady to jump the like cause she only had 1 item and I had 2 carts; she said "I'm going to ring her up cause she seems like she has a job and probably needs to get back to it" again my son calmed me down well today I had 3 cart fulls tell me why she calls over 3 other employees to watch us ..my mom apperantly heard her say tell the other white employee to "watch us cause I'm sure they aren't going to scan all their items" she was lucky I didn't hear it.. she tried calling another employee and she refused causing her to start yelling at her, the employee watched away and apologized to us.. at the end we had two packs of water big pack of tp, paper towels, a roof beer 12 pack and 4 e pack of bottles .. I told my son to just use the handheld scanner .. once we finish the employee walks by bumping me not saying excuse me and goes and puts her hands in my cart not saying anything to make sure I was not hiding anything.. when we were paying she walked over to an older black couple and was pretty much accusing them of not scanning an item...there were other customers(white customers) but she didn't even bat an eye at their transaction but irony is that my son and I saw one customer one register across open a drink and drank it put it on the payed side of their cart and put a chocolate or some candy in his pocket.. so it may not affect Walmart one bit but I will def be taking my business elsewhere.. Hiring a RACIST employees is somewhere I don't want to want to shop at .. I spend in one transaction when I go minimum $300 ... Publix or food lion will def be getting my business..

I personally struggle with the layout.
Often I don't find things due to where I would think they will be vs where they actually are or they don't carry.
Tend to have even fewer check out people.

Horrible,April strikes again.. trying to return/exchange some Valentines Day candy I was told by her they don’t allow that for holidays and apparently that’s the rule Dawn made who is the store manager.. waiting for response from Corporate because I refuse to let this go unaddressed

Membership and ordering became cumbersome. I could order things online, and rather than deliver ALL in one swoop, each of the Walmarts would piece-meal deliver one item at a time over two days for example, or in a single day, with multiple delivery ppl. It got tired fast. So I resumed going out, getting all items in one shopping, and calling it a day. Just did not work out in the long run esp where groceries like milk, eggs, ice cream, arrived melted or warm. Not safe esp in the summer heat. And some delivery personnel were also delivering at the same time for other stores, as I saw the pizza bags in the cars and they admitted to multiple store order deliveries!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Sat for well over 30 minutes waiting on an OGP order. Was not busy, a total of 4 cars while I was there, would not answer calls or even walk out to attempt to find out who I was. Had to call customer service, just to be transferred to OGP, for another long phone wait. Best part? The girl who answered blamed me for their lack of performance. As a former OGP employee, this place needs to be retrained and have new staff, desperately. If you can't do your job, at least be good at the customer service part so you can fake it.

TERRIBLE customer service! Sometimes people need to use common sense in situations but their employees clearly have none. Don’t waste your time with ignorant people, spend your money elsewhere!

I guess my review was removed!! APRIL needs to learn or go through some more training on how to speak to employees & customers!! Her customer service is trash. After my experience I would rather take my money to Publix! Publix would never!!!

It is convenient to go directly up to the store and quickly get what I need in the way of produce and other essential groceries and things that are of need from where I'm at it's not much hassle I just take a walk even with a walker I go there and take care of my business to come home things to Walmart for what they do
