Crusty dusty and musty. Every employee had an attitude and definitely didn’t want to be there. Tables were dirty and order said 30 minutes but took 45.

I've only been to the store in Jacksonville the last time I went in it was a mess no ice for the drinks several were out of products. The place was messy. There was many people waiting for food. I thought I counted 4 or 5 employees but only 2 were really doing any work. The counter girl was clearly new but was trying and the main cook was doing double duty. I've been there before and it was nothing like this night. I would go back hope it was just a bad day they had?

Horrible experience, got salmonella awhile ago from here and never returned, lol reading the reviews most people aren’t coming back here and shouldn’t, sad to see other locations do so well compared to here, so much potential but obviously its management & employee’s are not up to par for even a chain restaurant. Literally asked for extra cooked wings and got food poisoning still.Don’t come here unless you want digestive problems !

I have 2 issues with wingstop. #1. They love to only carry mostly higher spice to hot flavors. SO ANNOYING. I'm not a huge guy for hot to extra hot/spicy wings. And the lemon pepper and garlic parm options are just old now. IMO. MIX IT UP BETTER with different flavor options. #2 On five seperate occasions, when ordering TWENTY wings with 2 different flavors, they will literally give me all drums. Being a flats lover, at the very least, I expect to have 5/5 in one flavor, and the same in the other flavor. SO ANNOYING. I DID NOT REQUEST ALL DRUMS. STOP GIVING ME ALL DRUMS. Half and Half, like it's supposed to be. And if that cant be met, at least inform the customer. Removed 1 star for overall 3 instead of 4 rating becuse of these things, especially the refusal to to evenly distribute the flats/drums

Food was great and customer service, not so much. Asked for mango habanero and got Korean. When I went back up to ask I got told that I ordered Korean. Granted, I should have checked the receipt, but damn don't tell me I didn't order what I asked for. Spoke with the lady on the register who put my order, she blatantly ignored that I ordered what I did.

My Wingstop experience was beyond frustrating! Ordered online, got the "ready" notification, but upon arrival, the workers were clueless. Initially told to wait 10/15 minutes, they seemed utterly disorganized. Then, another 25 minutes passed before we got our order. Zero stars doesn't even capture the level of irritation and incompetence I witnessed. Food is great, that’s the only star I give. The workers need major improvements.

Today i went to wing stop in Jacksonville, NC for the first time.I ordered 2 meals to go at 1:07pm and did not receive my food until 2:00. There was many people who came in after me and still got their food before me. The cashier could definitely notice this but still chose to not help as she could care less. The front cashier just practically stood around and never once apologized for my wait or even checked on my order knowing i had been sitting there for a hour. She was not attentive nor helpful. Finally a woman in the kitchen noticed i had been sitting there forever and asked what my name was for my order and she got started on fixing it.I sat there throughout 5 or so more orders being made than finally she fixed mine. I think this establishment is shameful and a joke. The food was good but for the horrible service i don’t know that i would ever return. I am beyond disappointed and wasted a hour of my life sitting there for 2 meals.I even had to pour my drink out and fix a new one i sat there so long. I am in hopes someone will reach out to me about this because i would be surprised if many others didn’t complain of the same thing. Do better wing stop, yall suck!

Of all days to suck, why suck on SuperBowl Sunday? Walked in to literally 25/30 people sitting and waiting for their online order? You know it’s the national chicken wing day of the year and you can’t plan for it? Would have been smarter to let all the orders know that they weren’t going to have their orders on time. Garbage….

Super Bowl Sunday so I expected there to be a wait for sure. Not a problem. Try to order through the app, the app says we are not taking online orders from 430 to 545. Okay I'll drive out there. Get there for some guy to tell me we are not taking walkins. Only online orders! What the hell!? Why did your app just tell me otherwise?

Pre-ordered 50 wings for superbowl with pickup at 4:30. Order was late, but will give them that as it was for superbowl. Wings were way over cooked to the point they were hard. This is not the first time this has happened, will NOT go there again.
