“Wow!!!! This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had shopping! Upon arriving to the store, my family and I were greeted very kindly. My husband had to take the little one next door to use the restroom (no big deal), once he left the lady who greeted us asked if I needed any help and assisted me with finding my size (she was spot on!). I have been working on updating my wardrobe an have had zero luck finding anything I like in any other store (Walmart, target, belk, kohl’s, Marshall’s, etc. I’ve been everywhere around the city and am not pleased with the selection of womens clothes) I found so many wonderful articles of clothing here. Every time I picked out something new, the lady was very kind in offering to take it to a fitting room for me. Once my husband came back with our little one, the lady was AMAZING! She kept our little one so preoccupied and wasn’t at all annoyed with our 3 year olds antics and (let’s be real) annoying questions lol. The extremely sweet lady kept our LO very busy and side tracked while I tried on clothes. These clothes were just what I was looking for! In style and fit! I bought so many clothes! Great selection! The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The boutique is very clean!I will definitely be shopping here again! Looking forward to seeing what they have for a more spring/summer selection ?”
“Great environment! I was greeted politely with eye contact when I walked in and helped when I couldn't find what I was looking for. They have very nice mens suits. There is a 4 star instead of 5 due to 2 employees glaring at me the whole time I shopped. It made me feel unwelcome.”

“Stopped by Old Navy to grab a ball cap for my toddler. I was shocked at how many toddler/children clothes they had on clearance. I found 4 shirts on clearance for $1.99 each. Erin at check out was super sweet! She was so bubbly and went the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Also, Dana was sweet too. I observed her taking care of other customers. What a great team!!!!”

“Forever 21 hours have changed due to Jacksonville Mall hours changing! The hours are not updated on Google even though hours have been submitted since the 1st week of the new changes (Jan) Google is saying it has been confirmed by business but it has not.

“I'm always greeted when I walk in here. I like their styles with many colorful prints and sizes up to plus sizes. Their shoes & boots are cute and reasonable. They're one of the only places left I know of that offers layaway on purchases. They also have womens undergarments. They do mark downs regularly and have a clearance rack. Fitting rooms. available.”
“They were really helpful but the older lady on the register needs to pay mind to one customer and one task; shes all over the place and comes off kinda pushy when trying to sell the fragrances”
“I wish that I would have gotten the girls name I'll have to go back and ask because that part is important and I will update when I find out but this girl...I am a short petite woman and I find it hard to find dresses that I don't have to take off half the material. This one particular dress I really liked but there wasn't any in my size. They had a different color so I was standing there debating on getting a color I really didn't like. This hunter green was just calling my name. So this employee walks up and she's trying to convince me that the other color (a coral color would still look good on me) but I just couldn't settle and I was getting ready to leave disappointed that I wouldn't have something to wear for mother's day. This girl saw it all over my face and wouldn't let me leave until I looked around again she walked up to me with this dress in the photos and at first I wasn't sure about the wider straps but she told me to take it home and if I didn't like it I could return it. Omg when I tell you...this is the most beautiful I have felt in a long time. This dress is not only beautiful in color and detail but this dress is unbelievably comfortable. And I believe that girl (I will get your name) knew that. So run don't walk to rainbow! Thank you whoever you are that wouldn't let me leave without this beautiful dress.”
