Just had a great experience at FLS with our furniture consultant, Sherry Needles! Sherry was knowledgeable, professional and PATIENT. She listened to us and steered us through mountains of options, and I really feel like we made great choices together! She knows all things furniture, fabrics and trends. If you're really lucky, her husband Todd, will contribute too. What a great, knowledgeable and kind team they are! I highly recommend working with Sherry. She made two full days of selections fun and productive. Can't wait to see our vision come to life in our new home. Kathy D and John D

If you want to spend over 20K in furniture and have the worst customer service then I highly recommend Furnitureland South. They do have a large selection, and while we were very impressed with the initial experience, the past 5 months have been absolutely horrible. Having phone calls and text messages answered is a complete joke. It has been an uphill battle trying to get a basic answer about our furniture that keeps getting delayed for delivery. It just shows that after you sign the line for your purchase, they are done with your business, and you'll get your furniture when you get your furniture. Do yourself a favor, find a PROFESSIONAL company to invest your money with.

they lied about the chat service saying only ONE person was working but i was greeted by an EMILY and told only SYDNEY was working.. i dont like the lying the chat service team needs to be talked to

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We received our furniture in October, which did have some damage. Example, some dings and the corner of the buffet was a bit crushed. The FLS delivery person took pictures and ensured us repair would be following up. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, it is 3 months later and the issue is neither resolved nor is there a plan to repair the damage. I have contacted customer service and Kelley Woods, apparently our liason, with no return calls and no plan in place to repair. In retrospect, I should have refused the delivery of that piece. By contrast, I bought a piece from a local furniture store in Fl, it had only a minor scratch upon delivery, but they were very responsive and assorted issue immediately. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone to business with Furnitureland South. I had bought from them in the 90's, but now they apparently don't care. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

We ordered furniture from them for our family room. We waited 9 months to get it. The battery packs did not work. The delivery guys said no problem just call and tell them and they will send new ones. We did call and send pictures and that was 4 months ago. We also have an issue with the leather not looking right. We sent pictures again. They said we can pick it up and send it back to the factory but it could be 3-4 months and the color could be different. They offered a local service to make a non factory repair which is not as good as a new factory built piece. We cannot even get a returned phone call now. I just want it taken back and my account credited!!!

IF I COULD give you a ZERO rating I certainly would!!! Long story short, this company provides ZERO customer service after the sale! Our Flexsteel rocker/recliner broke after several years of use and the manufacturer advised us to reach back out to the store where we purchased which was, unfortunately, FLS. We did everything they told us to do: reached out to their repair company here, Furniture Solutions Network and they promptly gave us an estimate and the part specifics that FLS would need to order. That was back in Aug 2023 and it is now Nov 17, 2023!!!! I have called for a store manager many times and have never been given the courtesy of a reply. EVen my emails to the parts departments go unanswered. Flexsteel directly will not sell me the part as FLS must have a contract with them that makes a consumer go through them so they can get their cut - despicable!!!! JUST TELL ME SOMETHING!!!! CAN YOU GET THE DAMN PART OR NOT????? WE HAVE BEEN SITTING HERE WITHOUT A CHAIR FOR OVER 3 MONTHS NOW!!! YOU PEOPLE ARE THE WORST!!!!!

Miles of furniture!!! I have never in my life seen so much variety in one place. You can get lost looking at furniture!! I prefer the back building- where all the deals can be found. Top floor is another 1/2 off. This place is so big they have a Starbucks and subway inside- so you can take a break. Lol.

buyer beware!!! this company does not stand by all their products ..they tried to replace a damaged table with the same original table again ...what snakes! I had a bed delivered wet and moldy, wrong color beds delivered!!! stay away from this store

Furnitureland South is THE place to get furniture, especially if you need design help. The professional designers ( in our case Grace, who has amazing taste and figured out quickly what we like) walk you through the process. We have been so happy with all the furniture we have bought from Furnitureland South. Most recently I contacted Grace, told her what I was looking for, sent pictures of the area where the furniture would go and she helped me select furniture without ever going to NC. I don’t think there is anywhere in the USA with the selection of Furnitureland South, acres of furniture! Truly their biggest asset I think is the designers, Grace is the best! Highly recommend.

Our sales representative Dennis was so helpful. We were shown all that we needed to see to make our decision. He spent over three hours with us in the amazing showrooms. The best part was the range of furniture prices and levels offered by Furnitureland. He even helped us pick out additional lighting and mirrors for our new home. It was definitively worth the drive from Maryland to North Carolina. We can’t wait for the new furniture to arrive in just a couple of weeks!!!

I’ll start with the positives. The furniture we received was beautiful and good quality. The delivery team was great when that furniture was delivered.The negatives. Please make sure you are aware of what the product number for the furniture you are purchasing is. We ordered furniture in January when it was finally delivered in July, the night stands were wrong. Turns out our design consultant ordered the wrong night stands back in January. We had gone through the store with the consultant and pointed out what we wanted but that was never what was ordered. When we told the delivery team they immediately got onto the phone with customer service and started a ticket to get the correct ones sent to us. I also at that time reached out to our design consultant who stated she would give me a call later and it must be a manufacturer issue. Never did we receive a call or an apology.We ordered a chair for our living room that we picked fabric for that day. I was told when we placed our order that I would be contacted by our design consultant in a few days to get turn around times for everything we purchased. After about a week and a half I reached out to her asking about timelines. She then told me that the fabric we picked was not going to work with the chair. There was nothing else like (here are fabric samples you can pick from/where to find them) after getting that information from her, I ordered a few samples to be sent to us. It took about two months for those samples to arrive. I checked in frequently with the consultant during this time and did not get any helpful information on how long it would take. Tried to call the company directly but since I am not an employee of furniture land south they would not speak with me and told me to contact furniture land south. Once the samples arrived I quickly picked one and the order was updated. Online it said the chair would be delivered to the warehouse September 2023 (we ordered in January). That day came and went and the chair never arrived to the warehouse. Two weeks later I get a call from the design consultant about our nightstands (delivered in July) and about the chair. The manufacturer had cancelled the order for the chair because they didn’t have the fabric we picked. Our options were to get a refund or pick another fabric. We opted for the refund because we’re 9 months out from the time we ordered and could get it from somewhere else with a faster turn around time.Completely disappointed with the company in general and how they handled our case. I realize they’re a big store and very busy but I will never recommend them to any of my friends or family

The experience we had at Furniture Land South was exceptional! Linda Clodfelter did an awesome job of helping us to design and chose the furniture for our new home that's being built. Her design background , knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. I highly recommend her when visiting furniture land south. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Linda! Looking forward to our next project,with Linda!

We went to Furnitureland South and met Sherry Howell. She was so kind and very helpful. We would not let us settle for the furniture we pick until she showed us other Brands and options. We ended up going with the furniture we originally pick. We received it on Saturday after months of waiting for it and Sherry informed us of the wait, which we were fine with. We love the furniture.
