Elizabeth Hardy an agent at this location is very rude and disrespectful. She started yelling/screaming at me through the phone this morning because I did not understand my billing issue. I have never been yelled at and disrespected by any business I deal with. This is unacceptable behavior and needs to be corrected.

We are very pleased with the service, pricing and personnel that we receive from Mr. Hursey and Allstate insurance. They are very attentive, quick to respond and don't try to oversell the coverage amounts that we actually need. We plan on staying with Mr. Hursey and his wonderful staff for many years to come.

I called to cancel my policy and I was clearly told ‘there is no cancellation fee’. Then I was given a remaining balance due via email, the balance in my account turned out to be DUAL the amount. It is a dishonest business that doesn’t give clear information to their customers. They outlined the balance as 100.00 and charged me 200.00. The reason I wanted to cancel was their obnoxiously high insurance rates in the first place. Do not work with All State.
