“Prompt and friendly service. Brought formal attire in a wrinkled mess on Thursday. Had it back Monday AM freshly pressed and cleaned. Hanger was no slip. Bag was long enough to cover full outfit, secured to keep contents clean. Plenty of convenient parking. Will return here and recommend to others.”

“Camping at one of the local campgrounds and needed a place to do laundry. This one was clean and well maintained. It's a full-service laundry mat and there was an attendant that was working while we were there.
The laundry mat was a bit expensive for washers, but average for dryers. Our clothes came out clean, and the dryers dried our heavy loads within 30 minutes.
Now, for the bad. This place is lacking seating to wait on your clothes. For the size of the laundry mat, they have only 8 or less chairs in the whole place.
This laundromat didn't require any special cards to use their machines, but did require you to put cash inside an account to use the machines.”

“I mean the whole vibe is cool. Imagine walking into a laundromat and then you're met with a bar, a pool table, an old couch, fans. Is overall just a vibe to be there. The bartenders are super nice, the crowd is always a mix and is always a fun time! They might close early so people end up going next door.”

“Very friendly and helpful. I work for a college theater department so i bring in large numbers of garments. They have never lost an item and everything is well cleaned. The last cleaner I used I was questioned if I actually had it cleaned. I have never had that issue since switching. I also bring my own items, including harder to clean things. “It's nice for what it is, the doors open automatically so if you have your hands full it's not a problem and they have a coin and soap machine inside. The machines are mostly well maintained and there are plenty of folding tables.”
“I drive from Charlotte to get my clothes cleaned there. The price is great and the quality of service is exceptional. I lived in Greensboro for years and this was my cleaners of choice. Now that I am in Charlotte it is still my cleaners of choice.”
“This is a very clean and economic laundromat. I enjoy coming here; however, the bathroom is ALWAYS locked, so you have to use the one at the Food Lion next door. Also, there have never been any staff working when I've been there. I'd still recommend this place, IF you don't need to use the bathroom or need any help!”

“Excellent customer service for self-service! Both attendants working on the busy Sunday (8.4.24) were extremely attentive. I had an old card with a balance and when I was checking it the first attendant stopped and informed me there was a new system. She immediately helped me to transfer the balance to the new card & how to use the new system. The second attendant noticed that my washer (with the rug I was washing) was very soapy & told me she would add fabric softener to cut the bubbles down during the rinse bc I did not have any. Highly recommend!”
“The dryers go for 8 mins (I hope they don't drop the time anymore) which is great other places it's 5 mins which means more money. Even though it's quarters it still means alot. The store is clean I can get something to eat and relax while my clothes get done. It gets rowdy at times but the staff is professional and they handle whatever situation pops up well.”
“I always use this laundromat. I stopped going to great stops because most of their machines are broken, but lately Rainbow has had more and more broken ones as well. There are never enough carts. I love the attendant here, she is always so nice so she gets a 5 star for being herself. I will give the actual laundromat 5 when they start to fix and accommodate the amount of customers they have.
