Highly recommend Kelsey to groom your fur babies. She addressed the concerns I had and made me feel good about what needed to be done. She was extremely sweet to our fur baby and made her look so good! 10/10 and will continue to use her at each service!

Nikki did an excellent job grooming my sweet boy. She was efficient and got the job done quickly but thoroughly. Clifford’s haircut was true to what we wanted and he smelled fresh. She was so kind and you can tell she truly loves dogs. We’ll be coming back!

A Paw-sitively Amazing Experience at PetSense in Jamestown!
I just have to give a huge shoutout to the PetSense in Jamestown. This place is an absolute gem, and I can't recommend it enough.
First and foremost, let's talk about the grooming service. Christine is an absolute superstar! She is a phenomenal groomer who is so gentle and skilled. My pet always looks and feels amazing after a session with her, and it's clear she truly cares about the animals she works with. The grooming team does a fantastic job overall, and the results are always top-notch.
Beyond the grooming, the store itself is a treasure trove for pet owners. I was so impressed with their selection, especially for cats. They have a wonderful variety of high-quality cat merchandise and a fantastic range of food options to choose from. And it's not just for cats—they have everything! From comfy beds to a wide array of supplies, you'll find everything you need here.
The entire store has a great vibe, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It's a genuinely good place to shop for all your pet needs. If you're in the Jamestown area, you have to check them out. You won't be disappointed!

Wick took such good care of our fur baby! Wick was kind, professional and very knowledgeable. I have a schnauzer mix and we cut her differently than a normal schnauzer. Wick was able to look at a previous picture of our baby and cut her exactly like it. Couldn’t say enough great things about them! Maggie says thank you Wick and looks forward to seeing you again!!
