I really liked this sheetz. They're always clean and have a kind staff.
Some of their pricing is high, but they always have quality goods.
I love a quick soda stop and they make getting drinks so convient!!

They need more compassion. This world is already cold enough, and Jesus is coming back soon. Everyone will have to give an account for everything they've ever said/did/didn't say/didn't do. My vehicle battery shut down while I was there at night and because I'm a woman i waited till morning to ask people if they had any jump cables. Many people did not, and one gentleman did but they didn't work on my vehicle. While I was sitting outside asking people that walked by, the girl with a tongue piercing comes up to me and asks if I'd been there all day. I said well my car battery shut down last night so I can't move. She said ok well yea we can't have someone here all day, I said I understand that's why I'm trying to ask ppl for a jump. She then assumes that I have help and can just call someone, to which I told her no I don't which is why I'm asking for a jump. Well I kept walking around asking, then I come across her and now an older lady as I'm asking people and they're just talking about me looking at me like I'm an alien or something, it was so sad. I asked them are ya'll upset or something? They said no we just can't have anyone here all day, to then which I said ok well I'm trying to get my vehicle started do you have any jump cables ? They said no, so I kept it moving. Part of me wanted to get upset because of the lack of compassion, but then I realized some people have never had to go through hard times in their lives and I pray that if or when they do ,that no one treats them as an inconvenience like they did to me. I understand there's a business to run, but love and compassion toward humanity should never be placed beneath business. I'd bet they would treat a stray animal better than they did me. It's a sad world. Thankfully I got someone to start my vehicle and I forgive these women and I pray that these women repent and find a true relationship with Jesus before it's too late, because he is the way , the truth and the life, the only one that can turn hearts of stone into hearts of flesh. They advertise one price on velo and then charge you a different price $4 higher. False advertising. Even the manager can’t adjust the price. Super lame customer service.

Unfortunately Sheetz customer service is not good . I just ordered a food hot dog and then I got surprised at the food is not even cooked yet it tastes so nasty I have to throw it all the way

Get some more staff on Fridays and sat night. I mean wow. it’s so crazy there is only one person making food on a weekend. The tickets times were all over 25-30 minutes. Its like this every weekend, the supervisor at night always looks like he just smoked a blunt. They always mess up the food, literally without fail. Never coming back.

Wish I could rate lower. Put in an order for pickup in 30 mins, arrived on time and had to wait to get order only to find it had been sitting out behind counter for most likely those 20-30 mins

I am absolutely in disbelief at the way my sister in law and I were treated this morning while shopping in store. We proceeded to checkout this visit my sister in law chose to use the self checkout option because she was using a new payment method that she was unfamiliar with and thinking this would prevent us from holding up the other customers if any difficulties were to occur, as she is starting the payment method of course we start to have some issues after multiple attempts without resolution, the employee is watching us the entire time without offering any help so we try again only to have her come over and look at us still not offering any assistance we ask her she responds with eyes rolling and says use the reader & walks away turning her back to us leaving us to finally say the heck with it we took our purchase to her register only then to be accused of having an item that we had returned to its place when our payment method wasn't working. Not only did this woman watch customers struggle to purchase what they needed , gives no assistance to show us how to correct it and do it the proper way, turns her back on us then makes such an accusation, talking to us like were some type of scumbags causing her to have a bad day. I don't know how someone like that is allowed to work with the public especially left to be the face the customer last sees. She had no name tag on but her face will be a reminder of how rude and unprofessional someone can be.

Every time I go inside, the slurpie machine is down. That should be fixed. Also, this location should have the soft serve machine in it. I dislike having to travel to 68 to get soft serve.**UPDATE**A month later and the machine is still down most days. For a company with the amount of finances it has, the lack of being able to have a store with everything operational is absurd.
