I’d give a 0 but I can’t. I have tried using their pharmacy many times. They are completely incompetent. The drive thru is even worse. New employee s without training. On drive thru line several occasions over 30 minutes. Inside worse. Their employees seem to hate customers. Most unfriendly staff ever. I asked for manager and she explained that slowness is just a fact of life. She can’t help. What a disgrace. Other locations must be better or Walgreens would be bankrupt. Prescriptions sometimes take 4 days to fill. They close for lunch too! I was even given the wrong injection when getting shingles. They injected me with a covid booster instead. At least they said sorry!

These people don't care about you. They left me sitting for an hour with a fresh back injury. Prescriptions were sent to them at 1 pm. They decided not to fill them for me until they were done eating lunch at 2 pm. Me being out of state and here for work makes this worse, I'm going to get home to my family a day late now because they didn't want to put a few things in a bag before they went to lunch. They didn't have them in my hand until 230 pm. Hour and a half after they recieved the non narcotic prescriptions

Got my MMR vaccine updated at this location. Was super easy to make an online appointment. If you'd rather do a walk in the option is available to scan in through your phone at the store. Wait time wasn't long. Everything was clean,friendly and quick. The health care professional who administered my vaccine was so nice and answered my questions efficiently.

I really appreciate how thorough and proficient the pharmacists were about my medical prescriptions. A medical practitioner from another facility prescribed me medicine that I’m severely allergic to. Blessings to each individual at Walgreens responsible for catching this mistake.

This pharmacy is terrible. Understaffed and overloaded. Never can get good service. Takes forever showing up in person and forget about calling. I called this afternoon and was literally put on hold 14 times when the phone rang back to them. Not going back.

Worst ever Walgreens I’ve been to. Now I can see why the reviews are like this. Customer service from staff and store manager is very despicable. Very nasty service. I guess they don’t care about there customer at all. Please do not go here. I would rather take an extra drive and go elsewhere then spend my money here!!!! Why people work in a customer service place if they can’t provide basic customer service and basic communication skill to customers. Save your time and peace of mind and go where you are treated with common courtesy!!!!!

Avoid this location. The pharmacy messed up our prescription and was unable to get the issue resolved. Terrible customer service indeed!

It is reported that Walgreens will be closing many of their locations over the next 2-3 years. The Mackey Rd. Jamestown, NC location needs to be one of the first to go. They are absolutely terrible. They don't even know how to go into their own system and transfer a prescription from one location to another. My wife was out of town a couple years back and had her prescription transferred to an out of state location, no problem. The incompetant pharmacy workers at the Jamestown location were zero help. They said they couldn't transfer the prescription and I could either wait 2 days to pick up my prescription from the other location, where insurance would pay for it or I could pay $57.10 to get it from the Mackey Rd.Jamestown location. Just to let you know...I got my prescription about an hour later from Walgreen's competitor for $12.93. I will be changing pharmacies. The workers at the Jamestown, NC location are SLOW, RUDE and INCOMPETENT. You don't have to take my word for it. Read the other reviews There are many other customers who have said the same thing. Closing this store would be doing the community a favor.

Terrible customer service this evening at the drive-through pharmacy. They were rude dismissive, and the whole experience left me feeling like I’m probably going to change pharmacies. it’s just not that hard to be nice people. I’ve been in customer service for 40 years… It’s just not that hard to be nice.

Went to pick up some meds & never saw who I was speaking through the speaker…(knew it was a woman) I reached to Get the medication & she just walked away. Didn't even say a word & walked off. I was so confused ❔

Normally, it is a pleasure to pick up prescriptions at this store. Service is always welcoming and attentive. I pick up prescriptions here for my home bound wife twice a week. Today, approximately quarter to four PM, Wednesday, April 3, 2024, was a sad exception. I was greeted by a combative voice over the intercom. The woman demanded my information in an aggressive way, and asked for each item twice. Instead of demanding information, "I need..." she should have been trained to say, "May I please see ..." Hopefully management will rectify this situation
