RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN from this establishment. Out of the year and half I owned my 76 f350 they had it for almost 14 months. Was told it was originally going to take a few months which dragged out to over a year. Finally got the truck back and first trip I make it breaks down and has to go back to their shop as its "supposedly under a 1 year warranty". They then had the truck for months to make some simple changes and fix the issue. Get the truck again to make one trip and here its sat dead in my driveway for over a month waiting for them to fix the truck. Wont pick up the phone, wont text back, cant get an answer and so my only solution at this time is to file a claim in small claims court and proceed that way as they can force action to be taken. Completely unprofessional, cannot manage a schedule or project to completion, lack of response etc. speaks volumes as to their lack of care or concern. RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN I spent almost 10K on labor and parts to have a non-working vehicle through this establishment.SCAM

You actually had my forerunner for what was supposed to be a maximum of two days to fix the air conditioning. The compressor did not need to be replaced. It was replaced anyways. I mentioned multiple times that it was indeed the amplifier that needed to be replaced. You then ghosted me for a week held my car didn't answer the phone and that is why I called you 7 to 10 times. That is why my husband called you. That is why my mother called you. There was zero communication whatsoever. If the mechanics did not know how to change out the amplifier, you should've just simply communicated. Your husband did indeed curse at me. He was extremely unprofessional. I was polite and civil in order to come pick up my car that I had not had access to for an entire week because your incompetent mechanics didn't know what to do with it. Lucky for you, I have a masters degree in crisis communication and PR. Your ratings are terrible. Your services is terrible. If you would like a free brand analysis of how to turn this around for your business feel free to reach out I will be glad to help.

We did not have a good experience and would recomnend going elsewhere. We paid over 1000 but our car was not fixed.

Terrible communication I sent messages to the owner multiple times with no response It was 1300 for him to put on a supercharger kit when I brought it home immediately started having issues the radio had no longer worked but it was working when I had dropped it off I spoke with the shop and they told me it was like that when i dropped it off which is not true at all it also had a parasitic drain of the battery from where they had done electrical work to the car and did not do it right it ended up ruining my new battery DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

If I could leave no stars I would. They are the exact opposite of responsive. I left the first car to get a couple sensors fixed and was told the dash lights were still on because of a dealership problem and trusted it , took the wife’s car to get fixed and was supposed to be picked up on a Tuesday and literally had to call at least a hundred times and they couldn’t ever explain why or what was going on. By Friday we were extremely concerned and had wife call all day only to get cussed out and called outside her name. Made us pay 800 cash only to pick it up. And the little “Boy” sent his wife to meet us. She apologized and was very nice and ashamed. Neither vehicle was fixed wasted over 1,300 dollar’s. (Do Not Take Your Car To This Place)
