We were visiting West Jefferson for the week and my tire pressure light came on for the second time. We found Bare Tire and the Lady at the desk told me they would be glad to take a look at it. The employee came out, jacked up the car and took the tire off. He found the leak and hot patched it. All within 30 minutes. I LOVE a mom and pop local place of business. They always take care of their customers. I Highly Recommend this place.

Needed a U joint installed on passenger front, I purchased part and left Jeep with them.They called me said it needed new hub assembly on front left and brakes, I though this would be good time to have this done will it was apart… bad decision! We picked the Jeep up and drove to Sparta that weekend. When we applied brakes on way home the jeep would pull hard right and when we pulled in driveway smoke was boiling off passenger side front rotor. Took it back to them (strike two) told them what was going on they said they would replace caliper and soft line, when I picked up Jeep, they had done the wrong side. Needless to say, the Jeep is not safe to drive until I replace caliper on passenger side and pads as they are crumbling apart from being so hot. The new hub assembly probably has had all grease burned out. Bad experience they would not work with me on labor…don’t take your vehicle here!Update soft brake line that was replaced on driver's has broken mount, they just zip tied it together. Will post pics of pads that were removed from jeep, Abutment clips were upside down on pads (not on load bearing side). I have replaced pads (both sides front), caliper, soft line on (front passenger side) jeep now drives fine and brakes not overheating.Service: Auto brake replacement

Terrible experience with this company, they caused more damage than they fixed. Had to have their work redone. Very poor workmanship doesn’t stand behind their work. Don’t trust your vehicle to this garage!

I had to replace the engine on my 2012 Ram 1500 Hemi 5.7L and they were very fast once the engine arrived. Very nice to customers and caring about the project. did a great job getting the engine in and the truck repaired.
