This bank is the WORST bank I have ever dealt with in my life. They do not care about their customers at all. The customer service is some of the worst I've ever dealt with and when you tell them you are dissatisfied and want to take your business elsewhere they react as if to care less. When you are investing, and saving you want people that care about what your plans are for your finances and a team that cares about what is best for you and helps when you need it. This bank is the ACME of banks. Don't bother to come here!

This bank sucks. I am disabled and low income and they treat me like dirt. I was charged a fee I shouldn't have been charged and have been waiting 4 days for a call from a rep. When I call customer service they say someone will call but they don't. If your not rich they don't care about you at all!

If you like fingerprints and smudges all over the glass doors to greet you upon arrival, then you'll love this place. The counters at the tellers always seem to have dirt and finger grease all over them. Yuck! How about the time I arrived 4:58 and the gentleman guarding the door wouldn't let me in. Really? If you close at five, that means you're open until five. Should employees be having personal conversations in front of customers? I don't think so. Especially some of the topics I've overheard while waiting in line for these slow motion tellers. Pretty much a poor example of what an FNB branch should be. I only come here once in a while and now you know why.
