Jonesville Post office says I have no actsess to my driveway I don't get package I have to drive to post office and pick up but when I want them to hold something for me I go through H and back just to get something held I get told I already told you I can't hold Mail but they can hold my packages the 2 ladies are just rude that works at the front desk they have been disrespectful when I go in there to do any kind of business

I have failed to receive important bills for the last 4months. I can’t imagine how the post office can handle mail in ballots when I cannot receive a bill from the Jonesville Town Hall. Four straight months without a water bill being delivered is not COVID-19,its incompetence!

Waited all day for a package that was out for delivery according to tracking,even passed the carrier putting mail in a neighbor's mailbox on my way to the store around 4:30,yet I did not have any mail delivered at all,not even the package I was tracking that was guarunteed by 8pm.
