I used CVS prints, there was a great deal going on but when I tried to put the promo in online, it was denied. I called the store to see if this could be applied upon arrival and was told it could. My prints then took over 3 hours to print. When I called for an update, I was told there were orders in front of mine with a dismissive tone. When I arrived at the store, neither agent knew how to apply the code, I was given a speech about using the code online next time and spent 30 mins in the store while they tried to figure this out. During that time, I felt awful and uncomfortable, and I was forced to open an account in order to leave with my prints. This was not my issue, and the staff should know how to address, handle and enter codes for situations like this or don't offer deals. My prints came out ok, so at least I have that.

Please CVS do something about the attitudes of ur employees in the pharmacy, Rude and dismissive and they all act like the customer is putting them out by being there. Was told one price over the phone and told the lady that. She said with an attitude well don’t know who u spoke to. In my opinion there needs to be a whole entire staff clean out and maybe find staff that doesn’t hate your customers

Yesterday I tried to get my prescriptions they were a little pricey so I had then run my insurance with it and it made it go from $67 to $97. I decided to make a gold good RX card and account. I saw all the prices of my medications on there for this exact store. When I went back inside to have them use that instead they said it went up, even though I just saw the prices. So we told them we would be back today to grab them. I come in today to get them and now they are $77. I'm confused how it went up $10 from originally. I even showed them the good rx scripts. They just told me that was the price and didn't say much. I find it absolutely ridiculous I just got overcharged close to $30 because they refused to use my good rx. I paid for my prescriptions as I literally need them for my mental health. I checked them, and they didn't use good rx at all they used their discount insurance which was SOOO much more than good rx. I'm so upset. Honestly no one should use cvs for their prescriptions. Use walgreens or publix only they will actually use the insurance you give them and not what makes them the most money. Went pick up prescription that was filled today. Wasn't sure the time they closed. Went thru drive thru window, thinking it would have been faster, but instead they shut the gate. Went inside to find out what was going on. The lady was leaving, said they closed at 6 o'clock, but I was waiting in line at 5:45 , didn't mater they still would not give me my prescription. I can't believe a company that big couldn't give me 5 minutes. . This was just rude. I have to make an extra trip now, not like gas prices have gone down. This is just another way that people disrespect others. I know I should have looked to see what their hours were, but I thought if your in line before the closed you were alright. I don't think this would have happened if I had gone inside. It doesn't matter, people don't think about others anymore. All I know is karma can be a bite back. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

I started feeling sick on a Thursday evening 2 weeks ago and had a feeling it was Covid so I went online looking for a place to schedule a test for the following morning. The CVS website allowed me to schedule a test for 10 am at the drive thru window of this location. I received a confirmation via email. The following morning, with a fever and feeling like death, I drove to the store only to be told VERY RUDELY that “there’s no way our system would’ve allowed you to schedule a test because we don’t have the supplies to do them”. Even after telling them I had a confirmation they remained almost confrontational and insisted there was no way I could’ve scheduled a test. At this point I pulled into the parking lot and did another search for a testing location. The people at this location were absolutely horrible and unprofessional to deal with.

This is the best pharmacy I have been to. They’re knowledgeable, thorough, and they really care about getting it right. You’re more than just a customer.

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude, I’ve only been there twice and they were rude each time. No empathy, act as if you are a bother. Need to do better.

Went in to pick up an online order and couldn’t find an employee for 5 minutes. When I did find one, I asked for help at the counter. To which I received the rudest response and the employee telling me that they don’t have to be up there because of self checkout. The employee continued to be rude all the while attempting to speak to my 13 month old in a condescending way. I recommend you go across the street to Walgreens if you need anything.

This place is a customer service black hole. Nasty attitudes and apathetic people in the pharmacy. They messed up my wife’s prescription and have the audacity to cop an attitude when I show up to get it fixed AFTER she called and talked to them about it. No manners, no accountability and NO to me coming back here. If I could give zero stars I would. No wonder they have such a poor rating, they’ve earned it.

Went to pick up my UPS package and the lady behind the counter (Kim) was highly disrespectful. I walked in said good morning pickup a UPS package and she looked at me and said I can’t hear nothing you’re saying. With an attitude. (if she couldn’t “hear” me she could’ve walked up closer to me) however I repeated my self waiting to get a response from her to let me know she heard me and she stared at me like and….? I gave my last name. She went to the area to look and said I’m not telekinesis which I know she was trying to say mind reader. Not even a minute passed and says nope not here. I said this is CVS 520 N cannon Blvd? She said No this is 600 N cannon blvd and like I said your package isn’t here. I was very confused as to why was she lying on the address. I said okay walked out to my car called UPS and they said yes my package is at the location. and to make sure I wasn’t going crazy I put the CVS store address and it said I was in front of it. I went back in telling her I’m in the correct location and I have proof of delivery. She was like “no it’s not! I can’t make your package appear. you need to call them and tell them it not here.” I was persistent with her then she was huffing and puffing went around the counter and “looked” with attitude she said what your name? I gave it then she said “no I don’t see anything” and she asked where is it coming from? before I can say she said “Sephora” I said yes ma’am. She goes “no not you…. “ I told her I can give her the order number she said “ I rather you answer my question so what the address it’s under?”After another minute of her holding onto my package knowing she must’ve felt foolish she walked up and said it was hiding behind a sticker your name and address. when there was nothing covering it. Ive picked up packages at this location several times and whom ever hired her needs to re evaluate her. She has no friendly customers service manners. And hiring her was poor judgment.
