“This is my closest dollar store and it is my favorite store! I’m often there every other day. The manager not sure of her name, she is so nice and knows where everything is. If she can’t find it she will go in the back and look for it. No questions asked. The remodel is so nice. I can’t find everything like I use to but the associates are quick to help. Shout out to this Dollar Tree you guys are doing a great job!”
“The manager that was a short heavy set guy needs to do more working instead of playing on his phone there was a line backed up and this new young girl had to wait on this long line felt bad for her”
“I was able to find hairspray that I've been looking for for years. Cashier was really nice. Wait to check out was a little long, but otherwise it was great.”
“I’m always in here because it is so close to my home and Cathy and the team have the best customer service every time!! There’s no where else that has the level of customer service they do, they should be very proud of themselves!”
“Yesterday ( April 30, 2021) between 1pm-2pm I visited the Family Dollar Store on North Cannon Blvd Kannapolis. I would like to make mention of how kind the employees were to me.Two employees stopped and both were answering different questions I had and so nice doing it.Sometimes I forget those types employees are still around.Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone”
“Very nice and knowledgeable employees. Someone saw me looking around and asked if they could help me find what I was looking for. Also pointed out the things that were half of the already clearance prices! Wouldn't have noticed that if they didn't tell me. Got a bunch of cleaning supplies for cheap!”
“I’ve been shopping at this Dollar General in Kannapolis for years and I have to give a shoutout to Ethan. Every time I come in, no matter what, he greets me with a smile. Doesn’t matter the day or time, he’s always the same — chill, polite, just an all around good dude. You can tell he actually cares about doing his job right, not just going through the motions like a lot of people do these days.
Honestly if I owned a business I’d want a whole team of Ethans. This man deserves a raise or a promotion, he’s bringing way more to that store than people probably realize. Just wanted to put this out there because good employees like him don’t get recognized enough. Give Ethan his props!”
“Late hours which I adore. Open til 11pm. Staff is always friendly, patient and they keep the store stocked as they are able. I go to this store frequently to get whatever basic needs I need at the time.”
“We went to this store to return a few items that my daughters got for her bday since she already had them & we already stopped at another DG but they wudnt help us since we didn't have the receipts”
“I love the customer service the lady that works there and the guy that works there always speak when you enter it's just a little cluttered but I always find what I need”
“I loved the employees and the way they treated me. I was treated so bad in Gastonia for clearing the clearance section and here they let me shop in peace. I will definitely be back.”
