Why is it that all of sudden I need a id to purchase a lighter , I don’t believe you need that I’ve been coming to this store for 3 years and this is the first time I got asked for a id. The lady at the register demanded it ahead of time before I even got to the register that’s how I know it was bs.

The associate Carol is an expert at customer service....NOT! She was exceptionally rude to every customer she checked out and would throw their items into bags without a care in the world. She had a very condescending attitude and tone when she'd talk and just overall sucked! I hate leaving negative reviews but when you're rude to everyone for no reason you have a real problem.
