The Dollar Tree in Kannapolis is a great spot for budget-friendly shopping with an impressive variety of items. The store is generally well-stocked, making it easy to find everything from household essentials to seasonal decorations at unbeatable prices. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. While the store is clean and organized for the most part, some aisles can occasionally feel cluttered, especially during busy hours. Overall, it's a reliable and convenient location for affordable shopping, and I’ll definitely be returning. It earns a solid four out of five stars.

The ladies working today 12/6/2023 we're very busy unloading Christmas boxes and putting them out. I needed some shipping supplies and they were so helpful and very informative. First dollar tree store I've ever been to with such friendly customer service. Even the cashier was very nice and helpful. I will definitely go back to this Dollar tree in the future. Keep up the good work ladies!

The store wreaked of a damp, moldy, mildew smell with large water stains on the carpet. The smell was overwhelming. For God's sake, get the roof fixed, pull out that carpet or have it professionally cleaned. Just because it's a dollar store doesn't mean that customers deserve less than a clean, decent place to spend their money. Please do something, I'm sure this poses a health risk for people to breath in this for any length of time. I can only imagine how the poor people who have to work there feel about coming into work each day. Come on corporate, DO THE RIGHT THING, FIX THIS MESS!.
