50 cent card transaction fee for a $2.56 purchase. I believe federal law states that no more than 4% should be charged for surcharge, which would have only been 11 cents rounded up to the nearest whole number. Luckily, I only had $2.68 on my Cash App card which would have covered an 11 cent surcharge but it declined and I got to take my business to the Exxon down the street where they were friendlier anyway.

Are you kidding? NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS? That blew it for me! Restrooms are the minimum requirement for a convenience store!! Done.
