“I placed an order to pick up on the 14th (Valentines day). Just the day before (the 13th) I tried reaching out to cancel the order. I wasn’t able to get in touch. The 14th was a very busy day and I assumed that I had just lost over $100. On the 15th I received a message, I did not see it until the 16th when I received another message telling me they still had my order. I told them I tried to cancel the order but wasn’t able to get in touch. I asked if there was any way I could get a refund for the order. Immediately with no delay I received a full refund straight to my bank account. This service was exceptional. No waiting on the customer service line to speak to someone from over seas who is “unable to refund the order at this time”. Quick, easy and quality service. I definitely plan to use them in the future.”
