Beware never go to Frankie’s. The old mechanic there doesnt know what he does. Took Honda Odyssey for check engine light, he put after market catalytic converter and took 500$, still check engine light on, later he changed all 4 o2 sensors and took 600$ and then 4th o2 sensor he changed another day and took additional 275$ but still check engine light is on. He said next week will have to change rear remaining 2 catalytic converters, when called him today says i will not do it take to honda. ( after making us spend 1400$ in few weeks back n forth from concord)
He hung up the phone when we asked him to refund our money. We will pursue legally further.-
Here are honda concord re order of oem parts, this frankies shop never listened when i told to go with oem or oe equivalent parts like ( denso, bosch et) but they ignored n went with some local stuff which may not be recognized by vehicle computer ecm. Wasted 1450$ cash
N irony is mr frankie ( seems close to 70 yr old very good gentleman) doesn’t understand basic stuff nor acknowledges his lapse , bluntly decides halfway i dont want to do it further take to honda, okay boss i dont care n hangs up phone on customer
I have all evidence and can sue him legally but looking at his age just leaving it at 1450$ loss ( went in drain )
With all humility will suggest this shop just for an oil change! As dealer tech said ur indy mechanic didn’t even install catalytic converter n 02 sensors properly in their place as well. ( will be putting oem honda n return back wrong non working after market parts to mr frankie … hope he returns them n keeps my money on those further with him! Dont want any refund from this sr citizen…. Was my mistake to go at first instance!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! THEIVES FATHER AND SON! I took my car for repair.. the son ******** was the one who called me and said my transmission was out. He told me he found one for $****. I gave him cash.. he gave me a receipt for my ***** transmission. He said it would be ready in a few weeks and it would come with a year warranty.. then after contacting ******** he said they was waiting on a part that had to be through the Lexus dealership. Then in December he said he had death in family and was going to be closed. I had a procedure done in December.. tried getting my car back bc of an inspection with my company. I was given the run around. Later in January ****.. the dad called asking questions about his son. he didnt know what was going on with my car and a transmission wasn't put in my car.. stated his son was on drugs and he left the company bx he band his girlfriend from his shop and he said his sin quit. I asked what waS he going to do with my car, after I paid already **** He was also charging me extr 650. To fix any oil leaks and making sure no dash board lights would be on. Mr. ******* said to come get my car not to worry about the ******. Later he called back and said he was going to charge me the ****** but be wasnt going to refund me the ****.00 bc I didn't give it to him.. that was between me and ******************* told him that wasn't fair. I presented to hi. The receipt I received from his son. He told Me upon arrival that my car was fixed. I paid hi. ****** he gave me a receipt. He said once I drive it off his lot he was not going to be responsible. When my car left his lot. It stop within 900 feet of *******'s shop.

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTSTo start this off I am a mechanic myself but didn't have time to work on my own vehicle so I brought my car here, because I had heard good things. That was a mistake. I brought my car in with a blown engine, trying to get it replaced. Frankie told me it would be no problem and gave me a really good price, however the work was done improperly and took way too long, a one week job turned into a one month job and I was out a car the whole time. After the one month had passed and the new engine was in, I went to pick the car up and it felt like they didn't even touch it. so I called them and tried to explain the situation, Frankie then tried to deny that the car was running rough while the check engine light was flashing. after pulling the codes and seeing misfire codes proving him wrong, he then immediately tried to tell me it was a computer issue without even looking at the car again. So assuming it was a computer issue I kept driving the car home while trying to find the part myself. I left to drive the car to the store and it shot a piston through the block.Services: Engine repair

This shop is very dishonest. Do not ever take your car here. I had a car in his shop for over a month and never once did I get a straight forward answer as to why. When I went to get the car Frankie didn’t even have it close to finished all he was doing was putting a new engine in the car. I ended up taking my car back from him to find out that the engine he helped get was a blown engine and he made my car much worse than it previously was before Frankie. Other issues happened also with this shop that I’m just not proud of. So if you like your vehicles don’t bring them here. ( Frankie does not have the proper tools to diagnose newer vehicles.)Service: Engine repair
