They never answer phone I mean never they say we were busy which I understand but if I called a bunch of times 6 months ago n I got no answer n I call today again a bunch of.times again I get no answer .. I want info on product n pricing B4 I take a 30.mim drive but I can't bcz they never answer the phone

They will sell you defective stuff and refuse to refund you. Save your money and go somewhere that isn't a scam

Worst Customer Service I have ever seen . discourteous employees and business practices they were happy to take my money, but not to do their jobs. I purchased a game console, Xbox, S series and a second controller. The unit was used and I was given a discount for a membership because I bought the controller I was given a membership. "That I had not requested" after purchase and getting the item home. It was DOA "dead on arrival" immediately called the store. Spoke with Alex was instructed to bring the consul back and he would make things right I responded told him I'd be there in 10 minutes. When I arrived the store was closed with a note on the door " back in 20 minutes", so I waited for 35 minutes Alex came to the door I honked the horn flash, my lights I was parked right in front of the entrance. I was ignored, and a new sign was put out. " closed "all this after being told to come on and they would take care of it, No one would answer the phone yet. Alex was inside, and the lights were on the Alex later came to the door, opened it quickly and put a sign that they were closed due to the bad weather and Wi-Fi outage. The following day. I contacted the store and asked for the manager and their name was told they could not give me that information, which is the store the individual would not open the door and he instructed me to go to the other location in Concord which did upon requesting a refund for the return. I assumed that I would be getting a total return the next day with my credit card bill was reviewed they had forced me to take the membership which I declined and therefore was instructed to contact corporate, which I have yet to been able to do.

BUYER WARRANTY BEWARE - if you buy a new product with a warranty, you will receive a used product upon return. I paid 75$ for a new controller and $25 for the 2 year warranty, controller didn’t last 6 months - stock drift and buttons not working, I go to use my warranty and they give me a used controller and I have to rebuy the warranty. I will never shop at GameStop again. Manager also said to test the new controller because 5% of them also have stick drift. Why did I buy a new controller and a warranty to get something used?

Absolutely terrible. We purchased the PS 5 console for our boys. Went to pick it up and needed to buy an additional controller and the spider-man game. Now, we are not buying a used controller without looking at it, why would anyone just buy anything without looking at it? The lady was wretched! Wouldn't let us HOLD the controller in the package! Why not? You clearly are not allowed to hold a package to inspect the controller. These controllers were scratched up and certainly nit buying one in poor condition. We spent $500 and that does not include all the other purchases we have made. We were treated very poorly by this lady. She had a horrible personality and horrible customer service skills. Very nasty attitude and for some reason she thinks she didn't have an attitude with us which is alarming when we called her out on her behavior. When we spend our money at any store, we expect to be treated well! If it wasn't for Christmas I would have demanded a refund immediately regardless of their policy! The gentleman who was still new, was absolutely wonderful! He should be the manager! Very knowledgeable and friendly personality. If it wasn't for that horrible lady, we would have purchased the controller and game, however, i will no longer purchase items from GameStop due to horrific way we were treated. There are plenty of other places to purchase games who treat you very well.

For the people are unaware they are short staff because the company store lead pay cut. So new staff and they’re really young. Maybe 2 employee between this location and concord location. Atleast this one stays open for decent time. 11-6pm, concord always closes at 4pm but I guess he’s nervous about closing late atm.

I go there from three towns over in the middle of the day and they are closed. No closed sign or anything. No signs saying that they are closing early either. I'm well within the store hours at two thirty pm. I try to call and I get a recording saying that they are so busy with other customers that I have to be put on hold, but I am standing there in the parking lot looking at locked doors, bars drawn down and the lights off. If I could take the one star that I had to give to make a review back, I would definitely take it back. That's just bad business

Staff were very friendly during my visit and helpful with game choices with my son’s Xbox. Store was cleaned and maintained with plenty of games in stock during the visit. Great visit at GameStop.

Show up at 7:50pm, hours of operation shows till 9pm, but there is a sign on the door where the employee has closed the place up early on a Friday evening. Says they left at 7:45 and will be back at 7:15....? This is why this chain is constantly hurting. Poor services and lack of care for even doing business.

BEWARE! This GameStop will not price match online prices to in store prices. I'm not sure why but they would not change the price of a PreBuilt Pokémon Deck to match the online price shown on their own website.

Absolutely terrible experience with a incredibly rude lady working. First time dealing with anything like that at a GameStop. Most people are incredibly helpful and enjoy what they are doing. Hopefully they get that together but I won't be coming back to find out.

Ash who works there is fantastic. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, had a problem today and she gave me all the steps to solve it. A1 Customer service.
