I was in the market for a quality leaf blower and found one at Harbor Freight. The model I was initially interested in was priced at $56; however, in the fine print, I discovered that a required battery brought the total cost to $156—very disappointing. Instead, I opted for a corded version priced at $82. Unfortunately, after making two round trips totaling 90 minutes each, I realized the unit was defective. When I returned it, the cashier attempted to persuade me to exchange it for another one, but I declined. I repeatedly said REFUND!

The availability online means nothing. I've been to this store every weekend for the past 3 weeks for the same 6 basic things that any hardware store should have and every time it says they're available online but when I get there the shelf is either empty or full of the metric version of what I need. Employees must not know the difference between SAE and Metric. Pretty sad. I'll go to Lowes or Home Depot from now on if I need something on the weekend and can't wait to go by the Salisbury store when I get off work.

Luis-manager. We are, as a society, so happy you got promoted to manager. Little tip: being rude to the customers, and rushing everyone, because "you suddenly got busy" but "can run 2 registers at once" is not an effective management technique.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid 320$ for a 30 inch 5 drawer toolbox on October 29th because I was starting a new job and needed it. I was hesitant to buy it because the manager said that toolbox orders typically take 2 weeks. But whenever we went to look it up and double check she said I would have the toolbox the following Monday which was November 4th. I showed up the following Monday to pickup my toolbox and it wasn’t there. Nobody had a tracking number nobody knew anything. I have now went to the store a total of 3 times(every Monday) to pickup my toolbox. Nobody knows where it is. Had to call customer service to figure out what is going on, the store can’t cancel my order, the head honchos can’t cancel it. Customer service said my toolbox is “expected to arrive” dec 3rd literally 40 something days after I had ordered the tool box. I will never order a single thing through this company ever again. Never will I ever buy something from this store ever again. I don’t even know how this company hasn’t ran out of buisiness yet

Don't buy anything worth more than $100 here because more than likely it will break or have some type of issue. I bought a brand new Predator 6500W generator from here, followed all the instructions and used it. It started to shut off, then wouldn't restart. Had to return it the same day, wasted $20 worth of gas too. Cheap products.
