I have had a great experience with Kannapolis Self Storage. The employees are all super nice and very helpful. I need a unit unexpectedly last February and they quickly helped me get one. The unit was clean and secure, never had any issues the entire time I’ve rented it. And I felt the price was very reasonable. Anyone looking for a storage unit, I highly recommend using them.

We had a smaller storage, unfortunately pollen got in amd covered our items & one of our items had black on the side from geting moist. Staff is friendly & the lots were secured.

I have had my furniture stored at the Brookdale location since November of 2016 when my husband passed away and my things are safe and secure there. The staff, Martha, has been very helpful to me when making payments over the phone. I highly recommend this facility that is operated by Overcash Realty.
