Negligent customer service. Incompetent managers. Purchased and paid in full for an appliance package in NOVEMBER. I received 2 broken dishwashers. I have been patient and gone thru all the steps and channels to get a resolution. I can't even get a call back. Manager Paul said he "didn't like how/what Samsung said" and would return my dishwasher so I could purchase something different. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Crickets. No communication or resolution. I got ahold of Roger, who was aware of the return but said his computer wasn't working so he would try on Monday. Today is Friday. I called and spoke to assistant store manager this morning, was told he was working on it and would call me back. No call, no communication, no resolution. I have been dealing with this since November. I have taken off work on 3 separate days to meet techs and installers and am still handwashing dishes. A multimillion dollar company is sticking me with a product that never worked and they have offered not one apology or bothered to make me feel like they cared to help make it right. Not asking for any money. I just want to pay more money so I can buy a different brand. My God why are they making this so hard. I will be a Home Depot consumer now. This failure is embarrassing for Lowe's. If you can't even communicate then perhaps customer service should not be your career.
Edit to add:
Store manager called to say they now cannot return and that manager Paul didn't mention authorizing a return. So apparently me and manager Roger both had a linguistically reinforced hallucination and that was now never said. Paul specifically told me to cancel my appointment with the Samsung technician because they are just going to do the return and now Paul has amnesia. I think Roger is hiding somewhere so he doesn't have to confirm Paul is a liar or cannot take accountability for the fact that he wasted not only my time but the Samsung techs time too. I have been involved in this orgy of incompetence since November and I think Paul likes it. I still have a dishwasher that even on the Hellwater cycle will not clean a dish and just leaves soap residue on top of still unclean dishware. You win Lowe's! Congratulations on your greed and failure. I give up.

Someone else when i was next in line because she said my order would take too long. Like really? And the manager Sid all he said was oh im sorry and left. What kind it customer service is this?

This Lowe's often gets a lot of good stuff. The nursery people are nasty and will literally look at a plant on its last leg and still not discount. They gatekeep managers so you can't talk to them and the nursery chic is just straight rude. The ladies that unload the plants are super sweet and nice to talk to.

This store is terrible! They not only allowed a fraudulent charge on my credit card, but ran my card without an ID or signature. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!!!

Went to this Lowe's twice trying to buy a leaf blower. They have them locked in cages. I understand that. What I don't understand is very poor customer service. I never could get anyone to assist me. I asked employees, heard the message go out over the store PA system multiple times, even called the store while standing there. No one answered or ever came. This is after two visits trying to spend money there. I ended up going home and ordering the leaf blower I wanted from Amazon and saved $10. Which I wasted in gas going there twice.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Lowe's. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I spent over an hour looking for assistance, but employees seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. When I finally found someone, they were unhelpful and appeared annoyed that I asked for help.
To make matters worse, the item I needed was out of stock, and the staff didn't seem to care about checking inventory or offering alternatives. I left the store empty-handed and disappointed.
Overall, it's clear that Lowe's doesn't value its customers or prioritize providing a good shopping experience. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Every time I go to Lowe's now I might have a list of 10 things that I need to fix a lawn mower or just do things around the house and I'm lucky if I can find one maybe two items. It's just sad that Amazon has this place totally beat not only with items but with prices

Had to wait forever for somebody to cut a piece of molding for me I will never go back to them Home Depot from now on the people were not very friendly and not very helpful

Big chain hardware store, says it all. They have a lot of stuff anyone could be looking for. Sales associates seem to be few and far between if you really them.
